SQUIDS
put the raw squid in boiling water for a couple of minutes, take it out under cold water, peel, cut into strips, lightly fry the onion in half rings + squid + 1 level tablespoon of flour, fry for a couple more minutes + dried dill + water, not much, so as to slightly cover the squid, simmer a little more, about five minutes. Sorry, everything is just a little bit wrong by eye
