Recipe for March 8th. A hearty and light breakfast for your loved ones

  • 300 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt.
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 bananas

Sift the flour into a large bowl, add baking powder, soda, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Mix gently and add sugar. In a separate bowl, mix ghee, milk, honey, vanilla, eggs and banana puree. Mix thoroughly.
Mix the contents of both bowls and mix well.
Use a spoon to fill the molds with the resulting dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place a baking sheet there. Bake for 20 minutes.
Honey cinnamon muffins are incredibly delicious winter time year.

For a mold with a diameter of 26 cm you will need:

  • dark chocolate (59-70% cocoa) - 200 g + 50 g per crumb
  • butter - 180 g
  • sugar - 200 g
  • eggs - 3 pcs
  • flour - 130 g
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • salt - a pinch
  • almonds - 50g

Break chocolate (200 g) into pieces, put in a bowl and place in a water bath. Add chopped butter to the chocolate. Melt chocolate and butter until smooth, stirring. Leave to cool slightly.

Mix eggs with sugar. You can beat it, then it will turn out fluffier, but it may rise unevenly during baking. Add to butter-chocolate mixture.

Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Pour the flour and baking powder into the chocolate-egg mixture and stir.
Grind chocolate (50 g) and nuts into crumbs, add to the dough and mix.

Line a baking dish with a diameter of at least 26 cm with parchment and grease with butter. Pour the dough into the mold and smooth it out.
Bake the brownies in an oven preheated to 170°C for 35 minutes. The main thing is not to dry it out; the cake should remain slightly moist.

Remove the finished cake from the oven and cool, cover with parchment and put in the refrigerator for 8-12 hours (I usually bake in the evening and leave on the table overnight).
In the morning, the pie can be cut into portioned cakes, or filled with chocolate and served as a cake.

I take a package of 20% sour cream, it now comes in at 450g, and a jar of condensed milk, about 380g. If you don’t want it too sweet or there will be sweet additives in the ice cream, then add 250-300g of condensed milk. It’s better to take 20% sour cream, if it’s less acidic and crystals will form when frozen due to excess water, in general it will still be tasty, but not ideal)
This time I had 200g of 20% sour cream and 250g of very fat village sour cream.

Mix sour cream and condensed milk well, I beat with a mixer. I put the additives in there that I want to get ice cream with.
Made it with cherry and strawberry jam,
- with banana - mash with a fork or blender,
- with maple syrup and roasted walnuts (crush the nuts in a coffee grinder or crush them or whole ones),
- with caramel and nuts, or you can chop the nuts with a knife and heat them with sugar, you will get nuts in caramel,
- with fresh berries...in general, the options are limited only by your imagination.

Today I added 2 tbsp of caramel (I had some left over from last time, so you can put all the caramel recipe below under the spoiler on this volume of ice cream), maple syrup and nuts.
I also want to try making chocolate and tomato.

I pour this entire liquid mixture into a store-bought ice cream container and put it in the freezer. After 2-3 hours, when it starts to freeze at the edges, I take it out and mix everything with a spoon until smooth. Place it back in the freezer, repeat stirring after 2 hours, and then let it sit until completely frozen.
Stirring affects the fluffiness of the ice cream. If you forget to stir, it's okay - everything will work out anyway.

As a result, the deliciousness is incredible, I don’t remember about store-bought ice cream anymore.
And it’s profitable to make it yourself; you get a larger volume for the same money and it’s much tastier, without harmful preservatives and excess water.

Making caramel.

Heat 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tbsp water over high heat. Stir while heating to ensure it melts evenly. This is how lollipops were made when I was a child.
Bring the caramel to the desired color - from light yellow to deep red. The darker the caramel, the stronger the bitterness will be felt in the ice cream.
I pour the finished caramel onto a Teflon sheet and spread it in a thin layer. Cool to room temperature.
Then I break it into small pieces. I grind it in a coffee grinder in several stages. To prevent the caramel from overheating and sticking, you can add sugar to the coffee grinder before grinding.

March 8 is a holiday with which many expectations and hopes are associated. It is on this day that we women want surprises, some special attention to ourselves, sweets, despite the diet, unexpected gifts and flowers. It's these little things that make up our holiday mood. On March 8, every woman wants warm words to feel even more loved, admiring glances to be even more feminine, and incredible surprises to be surprised, rejoice and enjoy the holiday. Have you still not decided how you will surprise and delight the fair half of humanity? Then "Culinary Eden" will share its ideas.

An original and very pleasant surprise will not be three frozen tulips in shiny packaging, but a festive dinner of light spring dishes on March 8 and table decoration. Nothing original, you say. However, remember when you spoiled your beloved mother, grandmother or wife with a dinner prepared entirely by you, and even served on a beautifully set table? Surely, you don’t give such gifts very often, so decorating the table for March 8 will turn out to be unexpected and therefore an even more pleasant surprise.

Where does table decoration begin on March 8? Ideal if right in the morning. Imagine how great it will be if your beloved woman wakes up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the scent of her favorite flowers! It looks like a scene from a romantic movie, but in reality it requires minimal effort on your part. All you need are cups with a floral pattern, delicious tea or coffee, a couple of cakes or toast with your favorite jam, several vases and small bouquets of flowers. If your surprises don’t end there, then instead of several, you can get by with one small bouquet. The main thing is to have time to do everything before the awakening of the beloved, for whose sake it was all started. Of course, I want to sleep longer in honor of the day off, but March 8th is only once a year, so put off sleep until better times.

If you have no idea where your beloved woman keeps her vases, and generally don’t consider her a fan of lush bouquets, but really want to give flowers, then this idea is for you. Go in search of beautiful fabric napkins and unusual fresh flowers. Of course, a rose will also look good, but, as a rule, women receive these flowers from holiday to holiday. It is worth adding variety to this pleasant tradition and embodying it in the table setting for March 8th. Pay your attention to such simple, but tenderly loved by many women tulips, strict callas, cute gerberas or exquisite orchids. Set the table, wrap it up nicely cloth napkins and place them on plates. Place a flower tied with a satin ribbon on top of your beautiful lady's napkin.

Women's Day is the main one spring holiday, and if you are already in a spring mood, and your lady love is not against an abundance of flowers, aromas and bright colors, then it’s time to show originality and instead of a million scarlet roses Set the table for March 8th with several colorful bouquets. Which flowers to choose? Every man must answer this question himself; it is not at all necessary to memorize complex names like eustoma, anthurium or ranunclus; it is enough to visit a decent flower shop and choose bright flowers that you have not yet given to your beloved woman. Place the flowers in low vases, decorate them with the same bright napkins, place the flower heads in the center of the plate, or simply distribute them on the tablecloth. Your festive dinner will be complemented by a subtle floral aroma and a happy woman's smile.

The table setting for March 8 should be bright and sunny in spring, so that when you look at the table, your mood rises, you feel the spirit of the holiday and want to smile. Nothing reminds you of spring better than tulips! To set the table for March 8th, use a simple white tablecloth, plain tableware in bright colors to create a spring mood, and of course, try to find tulips. Yellow tulips in a transparent tall rectangular vase filled with water and slices of lime or lemon will look great on the table. Such a bright bouquet will fill your home with an atmosphere of celebration, spring and romance.

In the spring, and even more so on Women’s Day, you only want to think about the bright sun, which has just begun to truly warm you, about the holiday, about sharing smiles and good mood. And flowers will help you create a good sunny mood again, this time exclusively yellow. Let the table setting for March 8 be decorated in one color scheme. Leave only the tablecloth and dishes white, and let the napkins, flowers, straws for cocktails, and even the cocktails themselves be cheerful yellow. At such a table, every woman will feel even more feminine, romantic, tender and most loved. After all, only for such a woman would you make such a gorgeous gift!

Surrounding a woman with care and attention is your main task for the entire holiday. And attention and care, as you know, are manifested in small things: a morning kiss, a smile, coffee in bed or compliments. Why not take this into account in the festive table setting for March 8? Remind your significant other that you love, appreciate, consider her the most beautiful, charming and charming by writing her a message, which she, of course, will see on a beautifully set table. How to format such a message? For example, in the form of a seating card, of course, if you are hosting a feast for just the two of you, then such cards may seem overkill. However, any woman will be pleased not only to receive a festive dinner served on a beautifully served table, but also a small card with kind words attached to a bright spring bouquet.

If International Women's Day makes you think of tenderness, femininity and romance, then let the table setting on March 8 reflect your spring mood. Use a soft blue or pink tablecloth with a sparse floral pattern, muted pink tableware, flower-shaped candles, glasses with colored stems, and flowers in cream and pink shades. Even if you think that the color scheme is too feminine, remember what holiday you prepared this table setting for. An airy, spring-like, fresh and romantic atmosphere is what you need for a celebration women's holiday March 8th!

It’s not for nothing that Women’s Day was called Women’s Day, why not take this fact into account when setting the table for March 8th. Use the entire arsenal of women's things - bright pink, glitter, fashion store tags, scented candles and anything else that comes to your mind. Thick paper cut into the shape of tags can be used as place cards, just write the names of the invited women on them. Funny straws for drinks with bright pink lips made of cardboard will bring their share of humor and emphasize that the table is still female. It won’t take much time to make such straws, but you are guaranteed women’s smiles at such a table.

Not a single woman will ignore the table setting for March 8, made by you especially for her. Pleasant surprises, compliments and favorite flowers throughout the day in combination with an originally decorated table will make this holiday unforgettable for women, and every man, while preparing a festive breakfast, lunch or dinner, will receive a lot of pleasure from the process, bring his creative ideas to life and definitely will be rewarded with an admiring female gaze. It is important to cheer up women in the morning and convince them that today is Women's Day. And for this to happen correctly, prepare breakfast for them and serve them in bed. You'll see, your women will definitely appreciate it.

Products used for 1 serving:

  • Sausages – 2 pcs.
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • Vegetable oil - for frying.

All we need for breakfast are sausages, eggs, salt and toothpicks.

We clean the sausages from the film and cut them in half lengthwise. Take the cut edges and roll it into a heart, immediately securing it with a toothpick.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the sausage hearts on each side.

Then break an egg into each heart and fry until the eggs are ready.

We take a plate, place our masterpiece beautifully, decorate with greenery, pour a cup of delicious coffee and go congratulate our loved ones.

This is the beauty we will get in the end result.

Dear men, give your loved ones a bouquet of flowers on March 8th. But, not ordinary flowers, but a salad called “Bouquet of Flowers”. A delicious salad with an original design, easy to prepare, which will surprise your ladies and they will really like it. You can be sure of this.

Products used:

  • Peking cabbage - a small head.
  • Tomatoes – 1 pc.
  • Green onions – 0.5 bunches.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 150 gr.
  • Garlic flavored crackers - to taste.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • Mayonnaise - to taste.

Products for salad decoration:

  • Beijing cabbage – 5 sheets.
  • Boiled carrots – 1 pc.
  • Green onion feathers.
  • Eggs – 1-2 pcs.

How to prepare the “Bouquet of Flowers” salad:

First, let's prepare all the ingredients we need for the salad. Peking cabbage needs to be cleaned of dirty leaves, washed and dried. Do the same with green onions. Simply wash the tomatoes and dry them. Boil eggs and carrots.

We remove 5 leaves from the Chinese cabbage and put them aside for now - this is for decorating our salad bouquet.

Then we cut all the products into small cubes: cabbage, tomato, cheese, and don’t forget to chop finely green onions. Place all products in a bowl.

We’ll leave the eggs for now, first we’ll make flowers out of them. You can carefully cut the edges with a knife, or use a special device. Whatever we have, we use it. In any case, your efforts will be appreciated.

Finely chop the remaining eggs and add them to the rest of the chopped products. All we have to do is make carrot decorations. First we clean it and cut it into thin slices. Then we roll the plates, and they turn in your hands into cute little roses.

In principle, our salad has almost come to an end. All that's left to do is add mayonnaise, add salt if necessary, and mix everything well.

Well, the last thing left for us is to make a bouquet from the prepared salad. Take a flat plate and first place 3 lettuce leaves on it. We lay out the salad beautifully on them and sprinkle croutons on top. Cover with the remaining two lettuce leaves, as if collecting our bouquet. And we begin to decorate by placing carrot and egg flowers on top, as well as green onion feathers.

Well, look how beautiful we turned out! A true culinary masterpiece!

Tie it at the bottom with a bright ribbon and place it on the table. Everyone who will be at the table at this moment will simply gasp at such beauty! And we will be very grateful for your salad for March 8th “Bouquet of Flowers”!

I suggest men take this salad into service and make sure to prepare it. In addition to the fact that the salad is easy to prepare, it is also very tender and very tasty. No woman will remain indifferent after trying the “Women's Happiness” salad.

Products used:

  • Mozzarella cheese – 100 gr.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Chicken breast – 1 pc.
  • Tomatoes – 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 3 pcs.
  • Walnuts – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Raisins (seedless) – 1 tbsp. l.
  • Mayonnaise - to taste.
  • Salt - to taste.

As always, the first thing we do is prepare all the necessary ingredients for the salad. We will need to boil eggs, carrots and chicken breast. Grate the cheese on a medium grater if it was purchased as a whole piece. Pour boiling water over the raisins and let them soak until needed.

Now let's start preparing the layers for the salad. Ours will not be quite ordinary, or rather quite unusual. We will combine two products, mix them, and put them in a salad bowl. So, chicken fillet cut into small cubes and pour into a bowl. To it we add a tomato cut into cubes, but without the core, just the walls. Otherwise there will be too much liquid, and we don't need that. Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise to the chicken and tomatoes and mix.

We take a salad bowl in which our delicious salad will be placed on the table, the size and shape does not matter. I had a rectangular one. Place the chicken and tomato in the first layer, level it and compact it a little.

Take a clean bowl again and grate the carrots on a medium (coarse) grater. As we remember, our raisins were doused with boiling water. We drain this water, rinse the raisins again, squeeze them lightly and add them to the carrots. Add 1-2 tbsp. spoons of mayonnaise, mix.

We spread the second layer of our wonderful salad, smooth it out, and compact it slightly.

For the third layer of the “Women’s Happiness” salad, take a clean bowl again. Put grated cheese, grated eggs into it, add 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise. spoons, mix. Just leave the yolk of 1 egg to decorate the salad.

Lay out the third layer of cheese and egg salad, level it, and lightly compact it.

All we have to do is decorate the salad; for this we grate the yolk and walnuts on a fine grater.

Sprinkle the edges of the salad with yolk and fill the middle with nuts. We decorate as you wish, you can make sprigs of mimosa, with stalks of parsley or dill. Tomato or cucumber flowers, or just add arugula sprigs, as I did. There is no limit to your imagination, decorate as you wish.

Our salad for March 8 is ready, put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, let it soak, and then serve. The salad turns out incredibly tasty and very tender. Take it into your arsenal - it’s an excellent alternative to ours, no less delicious salad"Mimosa".

“Freshness” salad with green beans

Try treating your loved ones with this delicious and satisfying salad called “Freshness”. The easy combination of products and its simple preparation make this salad very popular.

Products used:

  • Green beans (frozen) – 300 gr.
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Cheese (semi-hard) – 100 gr.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves.
  • Green onions - to taste.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • Mayonnaise - to taste.
  • Olives - for decoration.

The first thing we do is boil frozen beans and eggs. For the beans, put water on the fire, add a little salt, and bring to a boil. Add the beans and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring. Place the finished beans in a colander and rinse cold water, thereby cooling it down.

We clean the boiled eggs, wash the green onions, and dry them with a paper towel.

Grate the cheese on a coarse (or medium) grater.

Finely chop the eggs, but you can grate them on a coarse grater.

The ingredients have been prepared, all we have to do is assemble our salad. To do this, take a salad bowl, first put in the beans, crush the garlic through the garlic press, and mix. Next, add cheese, eggs, finely chopped green onions, salt to your taste, add mayonnaise, and mix everything well. Decorate with olives.

That's all, the “Freshness” salad with green beans is ready! There is nothing complicated. Be sure to try it!

Let's cook for the holiday table on March 8 rack of pork ribs- it's incredibly simple and very delicious recipe. Easy to prepare, and the taste is excellent! Let's try...

Products used:

  • Pork ribs – 500 gr.
  • Salt.
  • Ground chili pepper.
  • Garlic powder.
  • Tarragon.
  • Basil.
  • Ground paprika (smoked, but plain can also be used)

For the sauce:

  • Ketchup – 110 ml.
  • Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp. l.
  • Brown sugar – 1 tbsp. l.

We start with the ribs, they need to be washed and dried well, remove excess fat and film.

In a separate bowl, combine all the spices, stir and rub well into the ribs.

Take foil, preferably in two layers, and wrap the ribs in it. We do everything very carefully so that nothing leaks out anywhere during baking. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 2 hours.

While the meat is baking, make the sauce. Mix ketchup (you can use any ketchup you like), vinegar and sugar. After the time has passed, take out the ribs and carefully unfold them so as not to get burned. Coat this side generously with sauce, put back in the oven on grill mode and bake for 5 minutes.

Then we take it out, turn it over on the foil, and again do it very carefully. Brush the other side with sauce and put it under the grill again for 5 minutes.

We take it out, let it cool for a while, cut it and serve. The ribs can be served with vegetables, or with potatoes, or whatever your family likes with it. The main thing is that it is very tasty, be sure to cook it!

Stuffed mackerel baked in foil can perhaps be classified as holiday dishes. The fish not only cooks quickly and adds its own new taste sensations, but also always turns out successful.

Products used:

  • Fresh mackerel – 1 pc.
  • Eggs – 1 pc.
  • Cheese – 30 gr.
  • Lemon - to taste.
  • Dill (parsley) – 10 gr.
  • Spices for fish - to taste.
  • Salt - to taste.

How to cook stuffed mackerel:

I want to say right away that the recipe is given for one mackerel. If you need to cook more, simply increase the amount of food according to the amount of fish. We defrost the mackerel (if frozen), clean it, wash it, and dry it. Place it on foil lightly greased with vegetable oil and make shallow cuts. Ask why they are made? The answer is for uniform baking, and then for more convenient cutting of mackerel.

We have prepared the fish, we are making the filling for it. Boil the egg, cool, and grate. Add grated cheese to the egg.

Now let's prepare the spices for the filling. We take dill or parsley; if you prefer, you can use fresh or dried. Add spices for the fish, I used Italian herbs, mustard (dry or sauce, it doesn’t matter), a few drops of lemon juice, a little lemon zest and a little salt. Although you don’t have to put it in at all, the spices will do their job, and the mackerel will turn out very tasty in any case.

Mix these two fillings together, stuff the belly of the mackerel, carefully wrap it in foil, place it on a baking sheet and put it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees to bake for 20-25 minutes.

That's it, the fish is ready! We take it out, cut off a piece (you can put it with a whole fish), put it on a plate with your favorite side dish or vegetables, and eat it. Well, or we treat our beloved women at the festive table.

Cake “Fruit Delight” is very delicious dessert, which I definitely recommend preparing for the holiday table. Despite the apparent complexity of preparation, it is easier to prepare than “steamed turnips”. There is such a popular saying, and many of you have probably heard it. Well, let’s try to cook, and at the same time, surprise our beautiful women. Just imagine what a delight it will be when you put such a gorgeous cake, made by yourself, on the table...

Products used:

  • Fresh strawberries – 300 gr.
  • Kiwi – 1 pc.
  • Banana – 1 pc.
  • Canned pineapples – 250 gr.
  • Sour cream – 500 ml.
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp.
  • Gelatin – 3 tbsp. l.
  • Water – 1 tbsp.

For the biscuit:

  • Flour – 100 gr.
  • Eggs – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 100 gr.
  • Soda (slaked with vinegar) – 1/3 tsp.

First of all, we bake a biscuit. Don’t be afraid of the word “bake”, there is nothing complicated about it. Take a bowl, pour in the egg, add sugar and beat lightly, using a fork. Add sifted flour, slaked soda, knead the dough. Line a baking sheet with parchment and pour out the dough. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees, place the baking sheet with the dough for 15-20 minutes. Towards the end, we look and check the readiness, in a word, we make sure that the biscuit does not burn. You can check the readiness with a wooden toothpick, pierce the biscuit, if it’s dry, it means it’s ready, take it out and let it cool.

Then pour the gelatin with cold water, it will swell for 30 minutes, stir. In the meantime, let’s take care of the fruit, wash it, let it drain, clean what needs to be cleaned, cut it into slices, or as you wish. Open the jar of pineapples, drain the syrup, and pour the pineapples into a plate.

Once the biscuit has cooled slightly, cut it into small cubes and let it cool completely. By the way, if you don’t want to bother with baking a sponge cake, just buy a ready-made sponge cake, and that’s it. So, we have prepared everything we need for the cake, let’s start assembling it. Take a deep bowl, lightly grease it with vegetable oil, and cover it with cling film. We put fruits on the bottom, making some beautiful pattern out of them, because this will be the top of our cake.

Now let's make sour cream and gelatin. Add sugar to the sour cream and mix it thoroughly until it is completely dissolved. This can be done using a blender, mixer, or by hand. The swollen gelatin should be placed in a water bath, stirring until completely dissolved, but do not boil. How to make a water bath? Boil water in a saucepan, place a bowl of gelatin (preferably metal) on it and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.

Pour the prepared gelatin in a thin stream into the sour cream, whipped with sugar, mix everything well. Now, assemble the cake as quickly as possible so that the sour cream jelly does not have time to harden. Pour sour cream jelly onto the fruits of the 1st layer that we have already laid out. Next, put a layer of sponge cake with fruit, pour in jelly, and so on until the very end until everything is over. Then carefully cover with cling film, you can still put a lid on top, and put it in the refrigerator for several hours, preferably overnight.

Our cake for March 8th “Fruit Delight” is ready. We take it out of the refrigerator, take a flat plate, turn the bowl over, remove the cling film, and place it on the holiday table. This is such a gorgeous, beautiful cake, very tasty, tender, and aromatic.
