Otherwise, the snack will turn out too thick, which will make it uncomfortable to eat.

Having made a roll of sausage and crab sticks, it must be placed in a bag and put in the refrigerator. After a couple of hours, the product can be safely cut into pieces 2 centimeters thick.

Prepare a light snack for the whole family

Now you know two options for preparing a quick and tasty snack. How else can you modify the recipe? A lavash roll stuffed with crab sticks works well if you use fresh vegetables to create it.

So, for this dish we need:

  • hard cheese - 90 g;
  • crab sticks - about 300 g;
  • quail or chicken eggs - 6 or 2 pcs. respectively;
  • fatty mayonnaise - about 250 g;
  • garlic cloves - a couple of large pieces;
  • long boiled rice - a glass;
  • fresh juicy cucumbers - 3 pcs.;
  • Korean cabbage - 1 head;
  • crushed pepper - a few pinches;
  • thin lavash - 3 pcs.

Preparing the filling

The presented lavash roll with crab sticks, whose calorie content is much higher than the previous two, can be prepared with three different fillings. The first includes chopped crab sticks with grated boiled eggs, cheese, garlic and mayonnaise. The second filling involves the use of a mixture of Korean cabbage, shredded into strips, boiled rice and fatty mayonnaise. As for the third filling, for this we decided to use fresh juicy cucumbers, which need to be thoroughly washed and then very thinly cut into slices.

Forming a multi-layer roll

After all three fillings have been prepared, you should begin to form the snack. To do this, one thin pita bread must be placed on a flat surface, and then greased with a mixture of mayonnaise, crab sticks, boiled eggs, cheese and garlic. Next, the filling should be covered with a second sheet of the Armenian product and a mixture of boiled rice, mayonnaise and Korean cabbage should be laid out. After this, the products need to be covered again with pita bread, on which you need to place circles of juicy cucumber.

After the described actions, the puff layer must be carefully rolled into a tight roll, starting from the longitudinal side. As a result, you should have a fairly large product that needs to be placed in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Proper serving of the roll to the table

Having made a multi-layer roll of Armenian lavash and kept it in the refrigerator, the product should be cut into small pieces and placed on a wide plate. It is recommended to serve this dish at the holiday table along with other appetizers and salads. If desired, it can be additionally decorated with fresh herbs.
