  • Wash the beans, cut off the ends (if the pods are young, you don’t have to cut them), cut into small pods. Place in a saucepan with cold water, after boiling, cook for no more than 5 minutes.
  • Wash and peel the carrots and onions thoroughly. Cut the onion into small half rings, grate the carrots.
  • Add onion to heated oil in a frying pan, sauté lightly and add carrots, fry until golden brown.
  • Add boiled beans and sour cream to the pan with vegetables, mix everything and leave for 15 minutes, then add breadcrumbs and mix again.

  • 550 g green beans;
  • 2 small carrots;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 medium tomatoes;
  • a mixture of herbs and spices to taste;
  • 3-4 tbsp. tomato paste;

Cooking steps:

  • Meat - 300 g (you can take any you like: pork, beef or chicken).
  • Frozen green beans - 600 g.
  • Bell pepper – 1 pc.
  • Two tomatoes.
  • ¼ head of garlic.
  • Ginger root, small.
  • 5 tbsp. soy sauce.
  • Salt and pepper to taste (if you like spicy dishes, add chili pepper).
  • Sunflower oil for frying and a few drops sesame oil, for aroma.

Cooking steps:

  • Lightly beat the meat and cut into thin strips. Fill it up soy sauce and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  • While the meat is marinating, prepare the vegetables: cut the tomatoes into cubes, peppers into long strips. Chop ginger, chili and garlic into small pieces.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the marinated meat, fry it for 7 minutes, then add the bell pepper and fry for another three minutes. Next, add the frozen beans and leave for another 5-7 minutes.
  • After this, put the remaining ingredients (ginger, garlic, chili, tomatoes, salt) in a frying pan and simmer until tender for about 5 minutes.

The dish is ready, you can add a drop of sesame oil for flavor and garnish with herbs.

Measuring rice:

Weigh the required amount of rice into the bowl in which you will wash it.

Washing rice:

Frying rice:

If you don’t want to complicate the process, just pour the washed rice with the above amount of water and cook over low heat. If you want to get fluffy rice, not porridge. The rice needs to be fried. To do this, place it on a heated frying pan. First the rice is dried. Then it is fried without changing color for about ten minutes. The fire is medium.

Onion chopping:

While the rice is drying and frying, finely chop the onion.

Sautéing onions:

Fry the onion for small quantity vegetable oil.

Frozen green beans:

It was evening, dinner time, and there was nothing on the side dish. And I really wanted something unusual mashed potatoes, but something else. And at the same time, so that cooking does not take much time. After reviewing the products, it was decided that the side dish would be rice, complemented by green beans, corn and green peas. And it turned out delicious hearty dish. And one can say a quick fix, the cooking process is quite simple.

Measure out the required amount of rice and rinse it several times until the water becomes clear.
Next you need to prepare the onions and carrots. Wash the carrots, peel them, and for quickness you can simply grate them on a coarse grater. Peel the onion and chop finely.
We will need a deep frying pan or saucepan with a thick bottom. You need to heat it up, add vegetable oil and fry the onions and carrots.

Now all the preparatory work has been completed, and then it will be even easier. Now spread the green peas on top of the fried vegetables. I had it frozen. You can also use canned one, it will be no less tasty.

Add green beans to the peas, I chop them a little so that they are approximately the same size as the peas.

Then add the corn and spread the rice on top.

All that remains is to add water and your favorite spices.

I add a little salt, and half a teaspoon each of rice seasoning (it contains turmeric) and Italian herbs.
I always use a little more than 1 to 2 water for rice.
Mix the spices in water and add to the rice.

No need to stir. We wait until the water boils, reduce the heat to low and leave until the water boils. About 20 minutes.

Now the dish is ready. It can be seen that during cooking the products themselves mixed with each other.
