Afterwards, we take a knife for cutting meat, clean the pork from the chaff, as well as from small fragments of bones that could remain on the meat after chopping the carcass, and cut it into portioned pieces with an approximate diameter from 3 to 5 centimeters. Transfer the slices into a deep bowl.

We take a knife for slicing vegetables and use it to remove the skin from carrots, onions, and potatoes. Then we wash the vegetables under cold running water to remove sand and any other kind of contaminants. Dry them with paper kitchen towels to remove excess moisture, place them one by one on a cutting board and chop them, dice the onion up to 1 centimeter.


Cut potatoes into cubes up to 3 centimeters, place the tubers in a deep bowl and fill with regular running water so that it completely covers the potato pieces, now they will not darken until used.


Cut carrots into rings, half rings, cubes or quarters up to 1 centimeter and place it and the onion in separate deep plates. We also put on the kitchen table all the spices, vegetable oil and salt indicated in the ingredients.

Step 4: Prepare pea soup in a slow cooker.



Turn on the multicooker "Pie" / "Baking" mode and pour it into her cup 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. We wait 1 minute, and when the fat warms up, add the onion.
