Project "Mushrooms and Berries". Middle group.
The project is aimed at expanding knowledge about edible and inedible mushrooms and berries. What mushrooms and berries have you seen and collected in our forests? Are mushrooms and berries part of living nature? What is the role of mushrooms and berries in human life? Are the berries of our forest really good for human health?
Relevance of the project:
Nature gives us a lot of beautiful, tasty, healthy things. Autumn is especially generous with gifts. How many delicious fruits and vegetables ripen in people’s gardens, how many bright flowers bloom in their gardens. There are also countless gifts that nature gives without requiring any effort from humans. These include berries, mushrooms, and medicinal herbs. When people get sick, as a rule, they immediately run to the pharmacy and buy expensive medicines.
But northern berries are a natural pharmacy. Berries have always helped our ancestors restore strength, maintain their health, amazing vitality and youth. Every person should love and take care of nature.
And you need to instill love for her with early childhood. So in kindergarten we constantly address this problem, considering it with children from all possible angles. In order for a child to have a desire to preserve and protect nature, he must learn to see its beauty and understand its value for humans. Not every modern parent goes into the forest with their children. But it is impossible to get to know nature closely enough without visiting the forest in different times of the year. Autumn forest extraordinarily beautiful.

GCD "Poisonous and edible mushrooms"
Goals and objectives: teach children to distinguish between poisonous and edible mushrooms, strengthen the ability to write, sculpt from a whole piece of plasticine, and orient themselves in space.
Equipment: hedgehogs, basket with mushrooms, fruits, material for modeling.
Progress of the lesson
1 Articulation warm-up:
Here they are, the boots:
This one is from the left leg,
This one is from the right leg.
If it rains,
Let's put on our boots:
This one is from the right leg,
This one is from the left leg.
That's how good it is!
E. Blaginina
2 Game part:
Guys, hedgehogs came to visit us. They walked through the forest, picked berries and mushrooms and entered our kindergarten. Let's see: - “What's in their basket?” (fruits, vegetables, mushrooms)
Children list everything that is in the basket and discover poisonous mushrooms.
Children tell hedgehogs about edible and poisonous mushrooms.
Fruits, vegetables and mushrooms should be kept in separate baskets so that the vegetables that grew in the ground do not stain the fruits and mushrooms, which can break and then be difficult to wash. In addition, the poison of poisonous mushrooms can get on fruits and vegetables.
3 Conversation. Edible and inedible mushrooms.
Reading poems by E. Polozova
In the forest among mushrooms
Dad and Olezhka wondered:
Edible fly agaric or russula?
Very beautiful fly agaric mushroom,
And his dress is bright.
Olezhka began to think,
It turned out: kill flies,
I don't want to make soup out of this.
And the fragile russula? -
Olezhka thought to himself,
“Eat it raw,” he seems to say,
This mushroom looks edible.
But Olezhka won’t eat russula,
It's dangerous, the child knows.
And there’s a russula in the basket,
Olezhka brings it to mom for soup.

“Magpie Tales” by A.N. Tolstoy
"Mushrooms"
The brother's name was Ivan, and the sister's name was Kosichka. Their mother was angry: she sat them on a bench and told them to be silent. It’s boring to sit, the flies bite or the pigtail plucks - and there’s a fuss, and the mother pulls up her shirt and - a splash.
If only I could go into the forest, even if I walked there on my head, no one would say a word. Ivan and Pigtail thought about this and ran into the dark forest. They run, climb trees, tumble in the grass - such a squeal has never been heard in the forest.
By noon the children had calmed down, were tired, and wanted to eat.
– “I wish I could eat,” Pigtail whined.
Ivan began to scratch his stomach.
– “We’ll find a mushroom and eat it,” said Ivan. - Let's go, don't whine.
They found a boletus under an oak tree, and just as they were aiming to pick it, Pigtail whispered:
– Or maybe the mushroom hurts if you eat it?
Ivan began to think. And asks:
– Boletus, and boletus, does it hurt if you are eaten?
The boletus responds in a hoarse voice:
– Hurt.
Ivan and Pigtail went under the birch tree, where the boletus grew, and asked him:
– And you, boletus, if you eat, does it hurt?
– “It hurts terribly,” the boletus replies.
Ivan da Pigtail asked for a boletus under an aspen, a white mushroom under a pine tree, a camelina in the meadow, a dry milk mushroom and a wet milk mushroom, a blueberry, a skinny honey fungus, an oiler, a chanterelle and a russula.
– It hurts, it hurts, it hurts - the mushrooms squeak.
And he even spanked the wet milk mushroom with his lips:
– Why did you come to me, well, yours to the devil...
– Well,” says Ivan, “my stomach gave out.”
And Pigtail let out a roar. Suddenly, from under the rotten leaves, a red mushroom emerges, as if sprinkled with sweet flour - dense, beautiful. Ivan and Kosichka gasped:
– Cute little mushroom, can I eat you?
– You can, children, you can, with pleasure, - in a pleasant voice The red mushroom answers them and just pops into their mouth.
Ivan and Pigtail sat down over him and just opened their mouths, - suddenly, out of nowhere, mushrooms fly in: boletus and boletus, boletus and white boletus, skinny honey fungus and little blue milk mushroom, wet milk mushroom and dry milk mushroom, oiler, chanterelles and russula, and come on pound and pound red mushroom:
– Oh, you poison, Fly Agaric, you've decided to poison the kids so that you'll burst, huh?
From Fly Agaric only flour flies.
– “I wanted to laugh,” cries Fly Agaric, to laugh.
– We'll make you laugh! - the mushrooms scream and they piled up so much that the Amanita was left with a wet spot - it burst. And where it remained wet, even the grass withered from the fly agaric poison.
– Well, now, kids, open your mouths for real,” said the mushrooms.
And every single one of the mushrooms went to Ivan and Pigtail, one after another, jumped into his mouth - and was swallowed.
Ivan and Kosichka ate to their heart's content and immediately fell asleep.
And in the evening the hare came running and took the children home. Mother saw Ivan and Pigtail, was delighted, gave only one spank, and even then lovingly, and gave it to the hare cabbage leaf:
– Eat, drummer!

POETRY
We'll find a hundred mushrooms in the forest,
Let's go around the clearing.
We won't take you in the box
Pale toadstool.
We'll search all the oak trees,
Fir trees and aspens
And good mushrooms
Let's collect them in baskets.
People have known for a long time
What is a fly agaric?
Attractive to look at
He's actually poisonous
Like death cap
Or a satanic mushroom
Fresh and their remains.
Their poison is comparable to that of fish,
Poisonous spiders, snakes.
My dear children,
It is very important to listen to adults
And don’t eat bad mushrooms!
Where are the birches and oaks?
Mushrooms grew in summer.
Here are waves and honey mushrooms,
There are chanterelles and boletus.
Under the pine tree there are boletus mushrooms,
Mushroom pickers are so happy about them.
I walked along the path,
I found a white mushroom.
I walked along the edge of the forest -
I found three waves.
I went along the fishing line -
Moss fly under a leaf.
And she stepped straight -
I saw a boletus.
Shulzhik V.
That senor in the red hat
Poisonous Fly Agaric:
“Everyone knows, expect trouble,
If I get into the soup!”
The aspen boletus is beautiful
Grew right under the aspen tree.
Under the birch tree - look:
Three boletus!
In the clearing I'm in no hurry
I collect RUSSUL.
I won’t eat them raw:
Mom will fry for lunch!
And he is beautiful and great,
Excellent mushroom!
With a brown hat
With a strong body
He is also called WHITE!
What are these yellow sisters?
These are CHANTERELLE mushrooms!
How are they similar to a fox?
Like her, they live in the forest!
