On the one hand, this creates interference for radars, and on the other, it allows you to “mirror” the VHF communication signal even to Antarctica.

The HAARP system, according to experts, can heat up individual areas of the ionosphere several tens of meters thick, creating areas of auroral structures, and then use them to reflect a powerful radio beam onto individual areas of the earth's surface. The range is almost unlimited. At least the northern hemisphere of the planet is completely covered. Since magnetic pole The Earth is shifted towards Canada, and therefore Alaska, then “HARP”, let us pay attention, is located at the center of the dome of the magnetosphere. From the point of view of danger to all humanity, its position cannot be called anything other than strategic.

This expensive facility was operated by the US Air Force until August 2015, when ownership was transferred to the Geophysical Institute of the University of Alaska Fairbanks. It was believed that all active work on it had been stopped. The university's paper reads that "the scientific instruments installed at the HAARP observatory can also be used for a variety of ongoing research that does not involve the use of irradiated radiation, but is strictly passive." Suddenly, information appears on the network that the leading researcher of this project, Chris Fallen, will conduct a whole series of externally funded experiments with HAARP from April 6 to April 14, 2018. He announced this on his website, and also invited all radio amateurs to join this project on his Twitter.

Chris Fallen also adds that now is not the ideal time to conduct such experiments due to the current period of the solar cycle. In Gakona, Alaska, it is not dark enough to observe the ionospheric glow caused by HAARP radiation. But the customer apparently does not want to wait.

The scientist’s main idea was to attract as many radio amateurs as possible with their equipment. These enthusiasts around the world will be watching the signals transmitted by HAARP in the frequency ranges from 2.7 to 10 MHz, with different dynamic characteristics. Each participant will be able to tweet about their successes to Chris Fallen, and he himself will set the time for the broadcast sessions and coordinate all the work. In addition, there will be the opportunity to photograph the artificial “aurora” created by HAARP.

I became interested: after all, this is no longer “passive research”, but the most active one. The scientist sets the direction, frequency and shape of the signal, and observers report on who managed to record this signal and all its parameters.

Note that not only radio amateurs managed to catch HAARP signals North America, but also South America, Europe, Russia, Ukraine, Japan and Hawaii.

Even if Chris Fallen himself says: “This is a difficult question. Nobody says that the science of radio and cosmic plasma is simple.” But, after analyzing the nature of the signals, their frequency and reports from radio amateurs about the reception of signals, we can draw some conclusions.

During the experiments, frequencies, configuration of transmitted signals, direction and duration of exposure (from 20 minutes to 2 hours) were selected. In addition, as far as I know, such variable signals with a certain periodicity can cause resonant oscillations of the ionosphere. Our Earth is a spherical capacitor, one part of which is the conducting ionosphere, the second is the Earth's surface, and between them the dielectric is the atmospheric layers. This entire system is in dynamic equilibrium. If a wave process is caused in this spherical capacitor, then under the influence solar radiation it can be enhanced by superimposing waves. Under certain conditions, this will lead to self-generation due to pumping energy from the Sun. A fairly powerful wave process will arise in the ionosphere, which will have a significant impact on the formation of weather. And the Earth’s magnetic pole is shifted towards Canada and Alaska, and the magnetosphere tension lines converge there. This position can be called strategic. This way you can influence auroral flows of charged particles in the area North Pole, which are distributed along the Earth’s magnetic field lines over vast distances.

Currently, HAARP involves 720 radio transmitters, which provide energy to 5 locomotive diesel generators. During one hour of station operation, the generators burn 600 gallons (about 2.27 tons) of fuel.

The power of HAARP, according to various sources, is estimated at 3.6–4.8 MW. And the highly directional transmitting antennas used by the system, such as a phased array antenna, are capable of focusing all this enormous energy into a narrow beam.

If ultra-high electromagnetic field strength occurs in a limited area, this leads to additional ionization of the ionosphere. A so-called ionic lens is formed, through which the solar flows going to the Earth are amplified. They cause an increase in surface temperature, leading to drought, fires, etc. In other cases, on the contrary, lenses are created that provoke heavy precipitation. According to the version, the impact of HAARP can lead to the initiation of an earthquake by affecting stress zones in the earth's crust at the junctions of plates.

In other words, an installation was launched into orbit using the principles of tetrahedral geometry, one of the functions of which is to receive and transmit practically inexhaustible amounts of energy.

The activities of scientists at the Geophysical Institute of the University of Alaska and the ongoing work with HAARP are now practically not covered. We don’t know what they are doing there. Chris Fallen explains this by the lack of funding and the busyness of the scientists who work there. And they allegedly do not want to publish the results of their work ahead of time, fearing competition in the scientific world. If there were no need for volunteers for his experiments, we would not have learned anything at all. An association arises with the “crazy professor” from Hollywood films, working with a super-powerful secret installation capable of destroying the entire planet.

Fran De Aquino, a brilliant Brazilian scientist, doctor-professor of physical and mathematical sciences, specializing in quantum gravity, spoke in his comprehensive work, based on three dozen authoritative scientific sources, in general, something that any more or less inquisitive person has already known for a long time. That HAARP is a colossal weapon destructive force. Its low-frequency, unprecedentedly powerful radiation is capable of causing earthquakes, typhoons and droughts, provoking or controlling natural and climatic phenomena over entire countries or individual zones.
The energy vortex caused by HAARP is deforming the clouds, the scientist says. But indeed, in recent years, absolutely incredible clouds have been forming in the sky from time to time, the likes of which no one has ever seen before. They either line up in multi-kilometer absolutely straight strands, or form multi-layer rings, perfectly round holes, concentric circles, etc., or suddenly acquire unnatural, chemical colors. (It is known that to increase the conductive properties of the atmosphere, when using HAARP-type stations, aerosols consisting of salts of various metals are sprayed into the sky.) But what network are we talking about?
HAARP, according to Aquino, is no longer alone. The second radiating installation was launched in Scandinavia - in Tromso (Norway). According to unverified rumors, a powerful ionospheric heater has also appeared in Greenland. If all three emitters are launched simultaneously, they will close into a certain circuit, thanks to which the integral possibilities of influencing the atmosphere, nature and environment will increase many times over.
All of Eurasia, the entire territory of Russia will be under the electromagnetic “cap” of the United States. If you pump the ionosphere simultaneously from three complexes, says Perunov, this will allow the United States to purposefully move the formed plasmoids to any point above the surface of the entire Northern Hemisphere planets. If the Americans install the same emitter in the Southern Hemisphere, then all countries located south of the equator will also be under their “cap”.
But that's not all. A European consortium of 5 countries owns two complexes located in the Scandinavian sector, north of the Arctic Circle. These are the EISCAT in mainland Norway - the European Incoherent Scatter Radar site, the main research center for the study of the ionosphere, in Tromsø; and the less powerful SPEAR (Space Plasma Exploration by Active Radar) - on the Spitsbergen archipelago, in the Arctic Ocean. And they are managed from Sweden and Finland.
The world is gradually acquiring a whole network of such installations - from pole to pole. (The Antarctic complex is already on its way.) How they function - each on its own or precisely as a single global network - no one knows for certain, since everything connected with them is strictly classified. Today, in different countries, there are a dozen large and small antenna fields and special radars stuffed with electromagnetic emitters. There, in Alaska, in addition to HAARP in Gakona, there is also HIPAS (High Power Auroral Stimulation), 30 miles from Fairbanks. There is something in Bermuda too.
At its overseas bases, the United States deployed similar complexes in Puerto Rico (Arecibo); in Peru (Jicamarca); in Japan - two COBRA DANE stations, with X-band radars (phased radar systems). Australia is in a special position. There are four stations there. There is evidence that Exmouth, in its eastern part, surpasses HAARP in both power and technological level.

As for the USSR, it not only kept up with America, but was also in many ways ahead of it on this path. From 1976 to 1989, experiments were conducted in the USSR on the impact of low-frequency waves on the atmosphere through the Earth's magnetosphere. At different frequencies of radio waves, signals sounded with annoying regularity, similar to the knocking of a woodpecker in the forest. The interference that infuriated radio listeners and radio amateurs around the world was dubbed the Russian Woodpecker. To get rid of them, the West began to produce special “Woodpecker Killers” filters. It didn't help. The governments of the USA, Great Britain and Canada protested to the Soviet Union. But he did not accept it and did not admit the very fact of his involvement in radio interference.
The American press used the Russian Woodpecker to scare its fellow citizens, blaming the Union for all its climatic woes and its effect on the brain. One American physicist and consultant to the US Department of Defense made the following statement: “The Russian Woodpecker signal is the most powerful source of electromagnetic radiation ever created by man. 10 pulses per second, 40 million watts, it's psychoactive. It radiates from Soviet Union and permeates everything in the USA. It is captured by power lines and flows through them into our homes.”
In 1988, the American Federal Commission Through communications, we managed to bring the USSR to clean water. The Russian Woodpecker turned out to be three over-the-horizon radar stations designed to measure the state of the ionosphere and detect intercontinental ballistic missiles, including all types of air targets, not only over Europe, but also over the USA. The stations operated on the principle of a phased array antenna and were called “Duga-1”.
In the late 70s, the SURA multifunctional radio complex was built near Nizhny Novgorod. Designed for ionospheric sounding, it was an order of magnitude weaker than the future HAARP, electromagnetic pulses for it were produced by underground generators. In the future, “SURA” could well be deployed in NAARP, but Gorbachev stopped the work of the complex. With the collapse of the USSR, all these stations were closed, and the equipment was secretly sold abroad. Under Yeltsin, the States proposed Soviet-American cooperation in the study of the ionosphere. The American delegation visited SURA, got acquainted with all the documentation “kindly” provided to it, and then refused to cooperate.
“SURA” is still located there today, near the town of Vasilsursk, but the formidable and mysterious “HAARP” is no longer a competitor. In recent years, the complex, partially brought into working condition, operates only 100 hours a year - due to limited funds available. (For comparison, European installations work 3-4 thousand hours a year.) But the fact remains that SURA was the first, not HAARP. The USSR had more modest analogues of “SURA” - “URAN-1” and “Horizon” in the Kharkov region (Ukraine) and in Dushanbe (Tajikistan).
It was in the USSR that plasma weapons (plasma bombs, guns and guided missiles) were first developed and tested. ball lightning).
