Recycling plastic bottles as a business with calculations. Recycling and disposal of plastic bottles Collection of pet bottles

Plastic bottles have become convenient for transporting and storing liquids. Glass containers are now rarely used. After use, plastic products are usually thrown away. A lot of this garbage accumulates every day. Because of this, the question arises whether equipment designed for such work can be used to establish a profitable business.

Advantages

Nowadays, many business ideas that improve the lives of the population are popular. If bottle recycling becomes popular among people, it will create a permanent source of income. In our country, few people are engaged in such activities, so there is a possibility of profitability of the business.

The benefits include:

  • The ratio of profit to revenue will be approximately 25%, which is higher compared to other areas.
  • The businessman who recycles bottles is respected by the residents. This will guarantee some support from them.
  • Now environmental projects supported by government and local authorities.
  • There are companies that want to be responsible for protecting the environment. But since this is not their main focus, they choose to invest in such projects.

Flaws

But such a business also has disadvantages that novice entrepreneurs may encounter:

  • Difficulty opening. Since this area is regulated by law, paperwork can be complicated. It is necessary to obtain many permissions from various organizations. As a result, everything takes about 8 months, which is a lot compared to other types of business.

  • There is no constant supply of raw materials. But it is necessary for the continuous operation of production. Also, not everyone understands where to sell products.
  • Requires manual labor. Availability required large quantity employees, each of whom will do their job. Only then will the activity become effective.

Business demand

There are several reasons to understand that such a business is very promising. These include:

  • Low competition.
  • Availability of raw materials.
  • Uncomplicated workflow.
  • Environmental factors.

Since such factories improve environmental situation, they are supported by the government as well as conservation communities. No matter how profitable it is, the business must be organized competently. Renting or purchasing premises will be required. You also need to formally register your business.

Technology

It is necessary to purchase professional equipment for bottles. The technology consists of the following work:

  • Products are being collected.
  • Whatever the processing equipment plastic bottles, sorting is mandatory stage. It is carried out by class. Typically, products are divided into unpainted and painted. They are processed separately. A special group are bottles based on polyvinyl chloride, which require a special procedure.

  • Then manual removal of rubber, paper, and metal is performed.
  • Then the bottles are squeezed. Once they are compressed, they are loaded onto a packaging recycling line.
  • The result is considered to be flake-shaped flakes. Flex is the raw material for the production of such bottles or chemical fiber. Many products are made from it - packaging tapes, paving slabs, films.

During recycling, labels and caps are automatically removed and bottles are crushed. The fragments are added to a special cauldron, where they are washed off with water. various elements. Then the plastic is cleaned and dried. It is stored in a special bunker. All this is done by bottle equipment.

Each stage of production is considered important. They are performed by different employees. Responsibilities are distributed among employees taking into account their qualifications. Only then will the whole process be carried out efficiently.

Equipment

You can use 2 options for organizing a business:

  • The mobile processing plant is located in a truck. This idea is more suitable in cases where you plan to serve several cities.
  • Renting a building for a workshop. Equipment for processing plastic bottles (complete line) costs about 3-4 million rubles.

Both options for organizing a business are in demand. You will need the following equipment to recycle plastic bottles:

  • Belt conveyors.
  • Rotary machine.
  • "Crusher" - equipment for processing plastic bottles into granules.
  • Screw conveyor.
  • Steam boiler.
  • Polishing machine.
  • Dryer-water separator.
  • Air dryer.
  • Storage bins.

Each device is important to the production process. It can be purchased either separately or complete. If you purchase equipment for processing plastic bottles in the form of a mobile plant, its price is approximately 5-6 million rubles. For a stationary view it is necessary large area- over 2,000 sq. m. It is better to establish a business in abandoned factories and warehouses on the edge of the city. Then the cost of the premises will not be high.

If you purchase a plot of land and build a hangar, you will profitable processing plastic bottles as a business. The equipment will produce not only flex, but also fiber, which increases profits and profitability. This requires larger investments, so a new entrepreneur should do this after the initial investment in his business has been repaid.

Is a home business possible?

It is unlikely that plastic bottle recycling can be done at home. This equipment takes up a lot of space. But a separate room is perfect for this. Best choice There will be a mobile installation. Although it is more expensive, it can be easily installed indoors.

It is enough to install the equipment, connect the sewer system to eliminate waste, and connect the power supply. The size of the lines is usually 6-10 meters. With such indicators, it will be possible to place equipment for processing plastic bottles at home, if the space of the room allows. This technique does not take up much space and also consumes minimum quantity electricity.

Receiving raw materials

For a business to be successful, it is better to open a plant in a big city so that transport costs are low. Although bottles are a lightweight product, they take up a lot of space. Because of this, long-distance transport reduces profitability. The location may be equidistant from several cities.

The assembly of raw materials is carried out manually at landfills, which are available throughout the country. The bottles are placed in bags and then pressed, after which they are delivered to the factory. You can also search for raw materials using the Internet. Now there are many platforms where there are advertisements for the sale and purchase of bottles. The main task will be to offer favorable conditions compared to competitors. Services function like auctions.

It is possible to find a direct supplier of waste in the form of PET bottles. This is usually the most profitable option. We need to find companies that produce a lot of this waste. These are offices where employees are provided with various drinks free of charge. The level of consumption there is quite high.

Cost

To organize such a business, many employees are needed, since many activities are performed by manual labor. The minimum number of employees is 10 people. Their average salary is 20 thousand rubles. The costs of the motivation system should be taken into account, since it increases labor productivity.

During calculations, it must be taken into account that the schedule should be in shifts. It will take about 15 thousand rubles to purchase a ton of bottles with transport costs. The purchase price is determined not only by the manufacturer, but also by the type of raw material. For example, brown plastic is considered the most affordable, but it is used only in some areas.

Transparent plastic is considered more expensive. Costs should include the cost of electricity and water consumption. The price of 1 ton of products can be in the range of 40-90 thousand rubles. The cost is calculated based on the size of the granules, characteristics, and color.

Staff

To organize a mini-factory, you need at least 8-10 workers. They will work in shifts. We also need an accountant, a manager and 2 loaders. This composition of workers will allow bottle recycling to be carried out efficiently.

Over time, it becomes possible to expand production. Then you will need to hire more workers to increase the number of products sold.

Sales

For such a business to be profitable, you need to establish the right sales system. A company that does not produce fiber can organize sales to other similar companies where the entire technological cycle operates. Then the cost per ton will be less than the market price, but there will be constant demand.

There are organizations that create fibers from flex. There are few such companies in Russia, but their volumes are large, so this guarantees high profits. You can use the platform to find clients, for example, create an ad and wait for responses.

Profit and payback

The payback period is approximately 1.5-2 years, since investments must be made, especially at the beginning. The advantage is that the costs of organizing processing are low. Therefore, with revenue of 800 thousand rubles per month, the profit will be equal to 200-300 thousand rubles. Income is determined by the type of raw materials and other factors.

Before deciding on this type of activity, you need to weigh all the positive and negative aspects such a business. Carefully calculate the amount that will be needed to open production, study the package of documents that permit this type of activity. It would also be a good idea to look at a place to rent in advance, compare the cost of equipment and choose the most suitable option.

It takes about 300 years for a plastic bottle to completely decompose, and they cannot be burned, as this leads to pollution environment. Therefore, they are usually simply buried in the ground. However, you can make good money from this garbage by recycling it. City administrations are interested in improving environmental situation, so it is likely that you can count on receiving various preferences and discounts when organizing a workshop according to recycling plastic bottles.

Sources of raw materials

If you want to open a mini-factory for processing plastic bottles, then the first thing you need to find out is whether you can find enough raw materials. It can be obtained in several ways:

  • subscribe agreement with the landfill;
  • organize reception points bottles from the population for a small fee;
  • spread around the city ballot boxes For separate collection garbage in which people will throw away including plastic bottles

At first glance, it may seem that getting bottles that people throw away is not a problem. However, in reality this is not the case. All recyclable materials that are in landfills have already been divided between interested companies, and becoming the owner of this plastic is, as a rule, very difficult.

By organizing collection points, you can count on receiving bottles directly from the population, but you will need to spend on advertising and pay for the containers accepted.

By placing bins around the city for separate waste collection, you can receive raw materials for free. To do this, you will have to first agree with the city administration - most likely, she will not mind. A cheaper option is to put bins just for plastic, but in this case you will have to be prepared for the fact that people will simply start throwing everything into them.

Mini-plant for processing plastic bottles: preparation for opening

If you are confident that you can obtain sufficient quantities of raw materials, you need choose a legal form and taxation system. Suitable for a PET bottle recycling business.

When registering, you must select the processing of non-metallic waste and scrap as a type of activity, which takes place under number 37.20.

Equipment for recycling plastic bottles

In a workshop for processing PET bottles, the following equipment may be needed:

  • installation for removing caps and removing labels;
  • crusher;
  • steam boiler;
  • polishing machine;
  • rinsing machine;
  • drying unit.

Equipment for recycling plastic bottles can be purchased new or purchase installations, a machine for processing plastic bottles, already used, purchase the entire line entirely or cars separately.

Perhaps, best option- purchase of a new full-cycle PET bottle recycling line - the likelihood of problems with the installations in this case will be minimal.

Most manufacturers provide the service installation supervision- the company’s specialists install the line, set up its operation and receive the first batch of processed raw materials at your enterprise.

How is plastic recycled?

Plastic bottles are recycled in 5 main stages:

  • first you need to sort the bottles by color, each color is processed separately;
  • then they are cleaned of any debris that might have gotten on them - this operation, like the previous one, is done manually;
  • the bottles are delivered to the recycling line, where the labels and caps are first removed;
  • after crushing PET containers in a crusher, which is like a large blender, using hot water in a steam boiler, everything unnecessary is removed from the raw material - remnants of labels and debris that were not removed at previous stages of processing;
  • This is followed by a process of washing, rinsing and drying, after which the plastic can be considered fully recycled.

The result is processed raw materials, which look like white or colored plastic flakes - flex.

Recycling PET bottles as a business: required start-up capital and return on investment

Like any other successful business idea, organizing a workshop for processing plastic bottles at the right approach will bring good income. The required start-up capital depends on the region in which you are opening a business (plastic processing). Opportunities for obtaining raw materials, the price of renting premises and the size of employee salaries vary significantly from city to city.

IN averaged form The numbers for a business plan for recycling plastic (PET) bottles might look like this:

  • purchase of mid-price equipment - 3 million rubles;
  • purchase of raw materials - 30 thousand rubles;
  • expenses for salaries of the company’s employees - 120 thousand rubles;
  • contributions to the Pension Fund, Social Insurance Fund, Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund - 40 thousand rubles;
  • utility bills - 10 thousand rubles.

Net profit such a workshop will cost about 150 thousand rubles, the period payback enterprise - about two years.

Thus, you can make good money by recycling bottles. The main thing is to find sources of raw materials and establish distribution channels for products. By solving the first problem, you will ensure half the success of the entire enterprise. By finding buyers for your recyclables, you can count on receiving a stable income.

Perhaps, having started with bottle recycling and achieved success in this business, in the future you will want to open your own production using this raw material instead of selling it. This will allow you to take your business to the next level new level. Recycled plastic bottles are an excellent source material for the manufacture of a wide range of products for household and industrial use.

Plastic is one of the main enemies for all living things. That is why for decades now humanity has been fighting against packaging and bottles that pollute the environment. Based on the results of research conducted by scientists, it was unequivocally concluded that plastic decomposition takes about two hundred years.

During this period, this waste poisons the territory in which it is located. It is worth saying that every year production plastic packaging worldwide is increasing at a rapid pace. This is the main reason for the increase in the amount of waste from this material.

Solving an environmental problem

Today, in order to stop plastic pollution of the planet, it is necessary to completely abandon its production. However, this option is unrealistic. The fact is that plastic is a universal and cheap material that is used in almost all areas of human activity. Moreover, on at the moment worthy alternative he doesn't exist.

Reducing the amount of hazardous waste can be helped by limiting the production of environmentally unsafe packaging. This method is currently used in many foreign countries. For example, in European stores plastic bags replaced with paper ones, which do not harm the environment and can decompose in two to four weeks when disposed of.

Reducing the amount of plastic waste can also be achieved by recycling this material. The bulk of packaging that needs to be recycled is bottles. Almost all manufacturers of carbonated and mineral waters they are poured into plastic bottles. In this regard, the problem of disposal arises. Solving it, you can open own business on plastic bottles.

Waste collection

Before organizing the acceptance of PET bottles, you should carefully study the experience of European businessmen. Special machines are installed at retail outlets in most countries. Their main purpose is to collect PET bottles. If you carefully study this issue, you can conclude that you can make money from such waste. However, this is not easy to do. Currently in Russia, PET bottles are accepted by only one company, which is assisted by the Moscow government.

Types of slot machines

The device with which PET bottles can be received is a special container for packaging. In this case, to determine the object, it is scanned. In world practice, there are two types of such machines. The first of them includes those that scan and accept PET bottles. The second type of machines is designed for collecting aluminum containers.

Operating principle

“Smart” containers are called fandomats. Vending machines for collecting plastic bottles and aluminum containers exchange recyclable packaging for money. In these containers, the volume and weight of the container are determined, and barcodes are recognized, allowing the object to be identified.

The automatic collection machine for plastic bottles and aluminum containers is equipped with a microclimate system that maintains certain humidity and temperature values and allows the device to operate smoothly.

Acquisition

The production of such machines is established in Germany. In this regard, the price of this equipment is considerable. The cost range of fandomates is from four thousand eight hundred to seven thousand euros.

Should I buy such a machine or not? When starting his own business, every entrepreneur draws conclusions about the payback period for the equipment he purchases. Collecting plastic bottles as a business is not an easy task. That is why, before taking certain steps, it is necessary to enlist the support of government agencies.

The vending business will advance faster and bring real profits when the collection of plastic containers is combined with its recycling. These two processes are practically inseparable from each other. In order for raw materials to be processed, they must first be collected. At the same time best place will serve to accommodate fandomats trading floors shops or the area in front of the entrance to super- and minimarkets.

Business profitability

Let's assume that there are two thousand fandomats installed in the city. It is most profitable to accept aluminum containers. The container for its collection can hold up to four hundred cans. Consequently, the daily supply from all fandomats will be 800,000 cans.

The cost of aluminum raw materials ($1.28 per kilogram) will result in daily revenue of $25.5 thousand. Of this, the machine will pay 18.5 thousand dollars to those who put the cans into it. As a result, the daily profit will be seven thousand dollars. But do not forget that it will take twelve million euros to purchase such a number of fandomates.

Thus, when favorable conditions making a profit is possible only five to six years after starting a business. However, we did not include the costs of administration, logistics and technical support in our calculation. The conclusion is clear. In order to build a network of fandomates, government assistance will be required.

Collection and processing

Statistics from global practice indicate that packaging and receiving containers are the most unprofitable links in the plastic recycling chain. This state of affairs exists in almost all countries. For business a necessary condition is a budget subsidy and support from the city authorities.

The next stage, plastic recycling, is more profitable. There is a certain opinion of experts. According to it, the payback of a waste processing enterprise is achieved within one to two years from the moment of its opening.

At the same time, on average, profitability indicators reach twenty-five percent. Higher income can be obtained by combining two processes - collection and processing plastic containers. However, to open such a business, government subsidies will certainly be needed.

Additionally, some experts believe that fandomaths in Russia currently operate the wrong reward scheme. Thus, in Germany, a person who throws a bottle or can into the device is given a special coupon, which allows them to reduce the cost of products purchased in the store. In our country, it is easier for a person to throw an empty bottle into the trash bin than to go to a fandomat, which will give him some small change in exchange for the container.

Some experts believe that there is another way to attract attention to the device for collecting plastic bottles. If the fandomat fulfills in exchange for the container musical composition or “tells” a joke, then people will walk not to the ballot box, but to him. This can achieve significant savings cash for issue.

Use of waste plastic

Despite the difficulties of the business of accepting PET bottles, there are plans to expand the network of fandomates in Russia. How is waste plastic used?
Recycled PET serves as a material for the manufacture of synthetic yarns, fibers and geotextiles.

Almost thirty percent of waste is spent for these purposes. PET fibers are used for car upholstery. They are used to make carpets for offices and homes. European standard PET is used in the production of polyester fabric. This material is used as insulation for sleeping bags and sportswear, and also as a filler for soft toys. If the fiber is fine, it is used in the production of artificial wool for scarves, sweaters and knitted shirts.

Conclusion

Creating a business for collecting and recycling PET bottles and aluminum containers will require a lot of effort and time. At the same time, state support is important. However, having overcome all obstacles, you will be able to achieve an unprecedented result, and then all costs will be covered by income. The most important thing is to believe in success, and then everything will certainly work out.

Environmental damage from plastic waste is obvious, and we see this garbage, unfortunately, almost every day. A significant portion of soft drinks and beer are packaged in plastic PET bottles. A special feature of convenient PET containers is that this plastic is very resistant, and its destruction lasts for tens and hundreds of years. PET is polyethylene terephthalate (not to be confused with polyethylene), which can be recycled. Burning it causes no less harm than simply burying it. This is due to the fact that even at temperatures of 600-900 oC PET does not burn completely, but partially combines with chlorine, which is contained in waste, for example, in the form of PVC (polyvinyl chloride), forming one of the most dangerous poisons- dioxin. Lethal dose dioxin for humans is 0.00001 g, which is less than for chemical warfare agents such as sarin and soman. Therefore, recycling plastic bottles as a business is not only about cleaning up the environment, but also about taking care of future generations.

Let's consider what the full recycling cycle of plastic bottles includes. Recycling of PET waste includes the following steps:

  • waste collection;
  • sorting, sometimes with pressing and transportation;
  • grinding;
  • washing;
  • separation from contaminants (labels, caps and debris);
  • repeated washing and drying;
  • transformation into secondary granules.

A PET waste recycling business can be organized in various ways. Naturally, the most profitable is a mini-plant for processing plastic bottles; however, this is a profitable, but very expensive investment. Let's look at everything in order.

Basics of PET waste recycling technology

Polyethylene terephthalate is known under the names PET, PET, RET, Mylar, Terlon, Lavsan (Laboratory of Macromolecular Compounds of the Academy of Sciences) and others. This polymer with a density of 1.4 g/cm3 (heavier than water) becomes fluid at temperatures above 250 °C and decomposes above 350 °C. PET is very resistant material, which is insoluble in water, gasoline, and relatively resistant to the action of dilute solutions of acids and alkalis. These properties are the basis of PET processing technology.

The density of PET, which is higher than that of water, allows it to be separated from paper and polyethylene, which float in water, and PET settles to the bottom. The washed material is dried and, after heating to a temperature of 250-270 oC (without air access), squeezed out through small holes to form granules.

There are other processing technologies - in motor fuel and decomposition into the original monomers. How plastic bottles are processed into such products can be read in specialized literature and find information on the Internet. However, as long as there is a demand for recycled PET, processing into pellets is the most cost-effective.

Waste collection, sorting and shredding

Unfortunately, in our country there is no separate storage of waste and garbage, so collecting plastic bottles is a very difficult task. This task is further complicated by the fact that PET bottles have a very low bulk density. Typically, the description of mini-plastic processing plants does not include the stage of collecting and preparing raw materials. But in vain! Here are some numbers. Weight of a PET bottle with a volume of 1.5-2.0 liters 40-50 g. This means that 1 ton of raw materials is 20,000-25,000 bottles, which occupy a volume (without pressing) of about 15 m3! How to collect them?

Let's discard it right away great idea installation of imported racks for collecting bottles for money. This is good, but purchasing, installing and maintaining such equipment (several thousand dollars per unit) is not cheap. It remains realistic to install special containers in yards and sort them at waste processing plants. Receiving plastic for recycling in landfills (yes, yes - homeless people are eternal protectors of the environment) is also very profitable.

Cooperation with PET container manufacturers is very promising. Rejected bottles are excellent raw materials.

Once you have solved the problem of collecting used bottles, they need to be transported or shredded on site. It can be shredded at a waste processing plant or at installations in places remote from residential buildings (the smell from used containers is still the same). Let us estimate the price of equipment for processing plastic bottles at this stage.

Of the approximately 300 kg of garbage thrown away per year by one resident big city, approximately 1/3 of the volume is occupied by polyethylene containers, or, as they are also called, PET bottles.

Such bottles are today used for bottling mineral and other waters, juices, kvass, beer and much more.

At first glance, used PET bottles are completely useless, unlike their glass counterparts or waste paper. But that's not true. PET bottle is an excellent raw material for the production of flex - a recyclable material for the production of chemical fiber.

Flex in pure form looks like white or colored flakes. It is obtained mostly from recycled plastic bottles. It serves as a raw material for the manufacture of exactly the same PET bottles - thus, a simple plastic bottle can go through an almost endless chain of recycling and return to the end consumer.

But the most important thing that can be obtained from PET flex (or PET, as it is also called) is chemical fiber. It is used to make bristles for brushes of cleaning machines and car washes, packaging tape, film, tiles, paving slabs and much more. In addition, the policy of recycling PET bottles is environmentally justified: after all, it takes approximately 300 years for 1 plastic bottle to completely decompose.

Currently, the industry for processing such containers in Russia is practically undeveloped, so opening such a business is more than economically profitable.

The process itself is as follows. Raw materials - used PET bottles are collected and sorted into undyed and dyed (by color) classes. Each color is further processed separately. Then polyvinyl chloride (PVC) bottles are rejected - they are also recycled separately. Foreign objects such as rubber, glass, paper, metal, and other types of plastics (PVC, PEN, LDPE, PS, etc.) are manually removed. Each color is further processed separately.

Bottles, pre-compressed, are loaded into a special packaging processing line, the output of which is pure flake in the form of flakes.

The line consists of several units connected together by conveyor belts.

First, the raw materials enter a special rotary machine to separate labels and caps. The bottles, processed in this way and freed from foreign objects, are then fed into a crusher - a device similar to a large blender with several knives that crush them.

A special screw conveyor designed for moving amorphous products (equipped with an Archimedean screw) places the resulting mass of finely chopped plastic into a steam boiler, where, under the influence of hot water, foreign elements remaining after processing in the machine for separating labels and caps are removed.

After the boiler, the cleaned plastic is placed into a washing polishing machine and then into a rinsing machine. After the water treatment has been carried out, the plastic is finally considered completely cleaned and is placed in a water separator and air dryer. After drying, the ready-made flex accumulates in a special bunker.

Costs of starting a business for processing PET and PVC waste

A fully equipped line will cost only 132 thousand dollars (3.9 million rubles). Its productivity is 0.8-1 tons per hour. The output is a flake weighing about 80% (including separated parts unsuitable for processing and production losses - shrinkage, shrinkage, etc.) of the originally loaded raw material. The total power (energy consumption) of the entire line is 73 kWh.

Maintenance: 8-10 workers, of whom are also involved in processing incoming material (primary washing, rejection), loading raw materials and unloading finished product. One worker can process about 120 kg/h of incoming PET bottles. Each person's salary is 15-20 thousand rubles.

The cost of raw materials is $100 (about 3 thousand rubles) per 1 ton (an average of 24 thousand bottles).

In addition to the stationary one, there is a mobile option - a portable mini-plant for recycling PET bottles.

This option is more suitable for a company that organizes the recycling of plastic bottles in several, for example, small cities at the same time. It is known that in a landfill of a city with a population of one hundred thousand, twenty tons of PET bottles can be collected in a month. It is advisable to move monthly, for example, within one or two regions and recycle the containers collected in the previous month.

The mini-plant is entirely installed in a 20-foot (6-meter) container. All units inside the container are installed and adjusted, connected by pipes or special transport equipment, and also connected by power and control wires to the control unit of the installation at the manufacturer.

When installing a container plant at the site of operation, only supplied electricity, water and access to the sewer system are required to drain waste.

The cost of the mini-plant is 160 thousand euros (6 million 750 thousand rubles).

The selling price of the finished product is 22.4-23.6 thousand rubles, depending on the color.

Recycling PVC waste

To process PVC waste, there is a special complex for granulating it. It consists of slightly different components than the previous ones, and a line for washing and crushing heavily contaminated landfill bottles is purchased separately.

The cost of such a line is 76.8 thousand dollars (2.3 million rubles). The granulation line itself consists of a crusher for crushing PVC waste, a two-stage mixer ("hot-cold") for mixing PVC compositions, the granulation unit itself (twin-screw extruder, granulator, vibrating sieve).

All these assembled devices cost 459 thousand rubles, their productivity is from 15 to 30 kg per hour. Cost of 1 ton finished products- PVC granules depending on color, size and others technical characteristics ranges from 37 to 85 thousand rubles. for 1 t.

What is more profitable - recycling PVC or PET waste?

Let's calculate the profitability of purchasing a particular processing line. For a line for processing PET bottles, the profitability is quite high: with a salary of all employees of a maximum of 200 thousand rubles. per month, cost of raw materials 3 thousand rubles. for 1 ton, with an 8-hour working day and a 24-day working month, the yield of pure product is no less than 15 tons, or at least 330 thousand gross profit.

Even if the costs public utilities will amount to 30% of gross profit, net profit will be equal to at least 230 thousand rubles. per month. The payback period for the business is therefore only one and a half years.

When purchasing a line for processing PVC waste, the total cost of equipment will be about 2.76 million rubles. Monthly wages 2 employees servicing the line - 30 thousand rubles.

The cost of raw materials is from 18 to 22-23 thousand rubles. for 1 ton. When producing about 250 kg per day per month, it turns out to be at least 220 thousand rubles. gross income.

The net income is quite insignificant - about 50 thousand rubles. per month. But this can be explained simply - insignificant production output under conditions of an 8-hour working day.

When switching to continuous (3-shift) work and producing not the cheapest PVC granules, the net profit will increase at least 5 times.

Payback in the worst case scenario is more than 4.5 years, in the average case it’s about 2, and in the most favorable case it’s less than a year.
