“There were no grounds for his detention. I believe that the prosecutor exceeded her powers... Now they don’t even tell us why my husband was arrested,” Jasmine added.

Shor's lawyers also agree with Jasmine. According to them, the grounds for detaining the businessman are very dubious.

“My client and I were summoned for questioning, but instead of interrogation there was an arrest. There was no logic or argumentation in the actions of the prosecutor’s office,” said the businessman’s lawyer Denis Ulanov.
