In 1992, Vadim Kazachenko, a biography whose personal life by that time was in the attention of journalists and fans, launched his solo project. Several leading songwriters simultaneously expressed a desire to work with the talented performer. Thanks to this, the musician’s repertoire was replenished with the fruits of the creativity of Ukupnik, Malezhik, Matetsky.

In 1993, Kazachenko presented his first solo concert, which was called “All over again.” This album instantly became a top ten hit of that period.

A year later, this record was re-released on CD, which in those years was an indicator of enormous success. In the period 1995-1996, the artist released three more albums, which also became music bestsellers.

Some media outlets said that the mid-90s brought Vadim to the status of one of the highest paid performers, whose commercial success was the envy of many of his colleagues. Kazachenko toured almost continuously throughout all countries of the former Soviet Union, regularly appeared on television, and attracted sold-out crowds in Moscow and St. Petersburg. In 1996, he was invited by Boris Yeltsin's election headquarters to speak in support of the politician.

But already in 1997, the singer found himself out of work, abruptly disappearing from musical Olympus. It is generally accepted that this happened due to a conflict that arose between Vadim and his old friend, the well-known composer Igor Krutoy.

Unsuccessful comeback

In 1999, the public again remembered who Vadim Kazachenko was. “It hurts me, it hurts” sounded from the speakers again. In addition, the performer released another album called “Night Rains”. This work ultimately received very low ratings from listeners and critics. Ultimately, Vadim was forced to take a break again.

In 2014 and 2016, the performer became a participant in the famous show “One to One!”, where he successfully impersonated Garik Sukachev, Sofia Rotaru, Louis Armstrong and other popular artists.
