Introduction to Taoist "Bed Secrets"

Unlike the Indian Kama Sutra and all Western books about sex, which have become extremely popular and deal exclusively with sexual intercourse, traditional Taoist “Bed Books” were created with the purpose of studying sexual health and longevity. They discuss how to structure a sexual relationship in such a way that:

They contributed to the health and longevity of the body and spirit of men and women;

The love game was attractive and brought pleasure to both partners.

In addition, the Taoist “Bed Books” contain information:

About special sexual massage, methods of penile insertion and control of ejaculation;

About exercises to maintain the sexual organs in order to increase sexual potency and stamina, as well as to strengthen nervous system and lymphatic system;

About how to turn sexual energy and orgasm and return them to the brain.

This rich experience in the art of using sexual energy to promote health and prolong life is the most unique and valuable contribution of Taoist culture to the understanding of sexual balance between men and women for the benefit of all mankind.

When Westerners discovered China some 800 years ago, their ignorance, puritanism and prejudice unfortunately prevented them from seriously studying the “traditional Taoist bed secrets.” Otherwise they would now be as popular all over the world as Chinese medicine or kitchen. In traditional Taoist dwellings, in each bedroom there were several copies of erotic “Bed Books”, in which one could find useful advice before or during sexual intercourse. These books were called “bed books” because they were usually placed on a pillow near the bed so that they were always at hand if necessary.

The role of "Bed Books" in the sexual life of ancient Chinese culture can be illustrated by the following excerpt from a poem by Zeng Hu (78–139 BC):

“I cleaned the pillow and mattress and filled the lamp with precious incense. Let us now lock the double doors with the golden bolt and light the lamp so that it fills the room with its radiance. I took off my clothes, washed the paint and powder off my face, and hung the scroll with the picture on one side of the pillow. I will take the Light Girl as my mentor, and together we will try all the different poses, those that an ordinary husband rarely sees, those that Tian-Lao ("The Light Girl") teaches the Yellow Emperor."

This poem is replete with information about sex life in ancient China.

The first line concerns the importance of hygiene, and the second suggests that in the Tao there was a tradition of creating a special atmosphere of love when the room and bed sheets fumigated with precious incense.

In addition, the poem hints at the need for privacy when partners make love under the light of a lamp.

All these items were not the exclusive prerogative of Tao adherents. They were practiced by the entire Chinese population - even the most conservative representatives of the Confucian bureaucracy! Unfortunately, these techniques are no longer available to residents modern China, since there are only a few Taoist masters left who pass on the knowledge of sexual balance to their students.

Poetry and aesthetics of terminology denoting sexual organs

The most imaginative and aesthetically pleasing aspects of Taoist bed secrets are the poetic terms used to describe the sexual organs and various sexual acts. In contrast to the Western tradition, where it is customary to use purely medical or vulgar terms for the same purposes, the poetic informal expressions of Tao evoke associations with romantic feelings and innocence. This picturesque language has an extremely positive effect on the atmosphere in which the love game takes place. Moreover, this special informal language allows Chinese poets and prose writers to describe sexual scenes in detail without hurting the ears of sensitive readers, without contradicting religious rules or violating literary conventions. As an example, the following lists various phrases associated with the expression "clouds and rain", which in Chinese represents a paraphrase of the act of love.

“Clouds” symbolize the gathering storm of the feminine essence.

Rain" represents the ejaculation of male seed.

The “clouds” gathered, but the “rain” did not come.

After the “rain” fell, the “clouds” cleared.

Light “rain”, “heavy downpour”, etc.

For people who gravitate towards figurative language and the aesthetic expression of sexuality, Taoist formulations can be of assistance when they want to talk with their partner about this “taboo topic” and enjoy the sexual act. To awaken erotic desire, it is very useful to use positive and tender expressions when applied to the genitals. Accordingly, lovers all over the world give each other's sexual organs gentle, sometimes diminutive and pet names. If a couple invents individual pet names for their genitals, this helps increase intimacy love relationship and helps to better understand each other’s erogenous zones. In the Taoist tradition, the male sexual organ, the penis, is called the “jade stem” or “yang sequence,” which is the personification of the cosmic creative force that commands respect. Since the male genital organ protrudes outward and changes appearance depending on the state, one can imagine that it has its own character. The female reproductive organ, the vagina, is called the “jade gate” or “yin sequence.” This is the entrance to nature's "sacred palace of life", the personification of conception. A couple in love can bring creativity and harmony into the “palace of joy and life” and inside it they can worship God, the creator of all things.

Adherents of Tao almost never give their real age, because they believe that it does not matter. Instead of counting birthdays, Taoists measure their lives in breaths, heartbeats and, for men, the number of ejaculations. They believe that earthly life a person comes to an end when the number of breaths and heartbeats allotted to him is exhausted. Therefore, they try to slow down the pace of life in order to extend their earthly life. People who rush around trying to accomplish as much as possible in every moment of life will not even be able to reach the expected human limit of a hundred years.

One of the most striking examples of longevity is the Chinese herbalist and adherent of Taoism Li Ching-yuen, who throughout his long and active life did not lose youthful strength, sexual potency and excellent health. Master Li Ching-yuen died in 1933, shortly after taking his twenty-fourth wife into the house!

In China it is considered historical fact that he was born in 1677. If this is true, it turns out that he was 256 years old at the time of his death. Until his death he had his own teeth and hair. People who knew him claimed that even at 200 years old he looked no older than fifty.

Master Li Ching-yuen left advice for those who wish to follow his example. In his life he was guided by three basic rules:

1. Never rush in life

Do everything measuredly. Don't be nervous, take everything calmly and use the time as you need it. He instructed his students: one should always be sure that the heart beats calmly; sit still like a turtle; move as quickly as a bird; sleep lightly, like a dog.

2. Avoid excessive emotions

Strong emotional outbursts should be avoided, especially as you age. Nothing deprives the body of its energy so quickly and nothing disrupts functional harmony so quickly internal organs like violent emotional outbursts. As a result, stagnation forms in the three main detoxification “stations” - the kidneys, liver and lungs.

3. Do qigong exercises every day

Do qigong exercises regularly. The duration and intensity of such therapeutic programs are less important than their regularity, while the qigong master selects the appropriate exercises for you. He considered the “Deer”, “Crane” and “Turtle” exercises to be the most outstanding qigong exercises.

In addition, Lee Ching-yuen gives three more tips regarding nutrition:

Don't eat too much hot food summer evenings, as this leads to stagnation of blood and energy.

Eat large portions of nutritious foods on cold winter days as this will provide the body with the essence and energy it needs to stay warm during the winter. cold weather.

Eat mostly vegetables and also take herbs that increase your lifespan.

The herbs recommended by Li Ching-yuen are almost exclusively ginseng, the root of longevity, and a rather obscure plant with the botanical name Hydrocoryle Aratica minor, a modest member of the swamp cytofolia family that grows in the tropical marshes of Asia. This plant contains a strong alkaloid that has an intense life-giving effect on the nervous system, brain cells and the endocrine system.

The theory of the “four seasons” can help us adapt our diet to the rhythms of spring, summer, autumn and winter:

In spring, energy moves in an upward direction(tree, wind, moderate, mild): peaches, pears, almonds, spring onions, chives, leeks, garden parsley, bananas, plums, apples, carrots, apricots, gooseberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc. d.

In summer, energy moves outward(fire, heat, cool): melon, peppermint, ginger, basil, zucchini, eggplant, coriander, lettuce, tomatoes, radishes, garlic, grapefruit, bok choy, spinach, asparagus (until June 21), coconuts.

In autumn, energy moves in a downward direction(metal, dryness, moisture): oranges, beans (beans), crystalline sugar, potatoes, onions, lemons, grapes, beets, rice, peas.

In winter, energy moves inward(water, cold, hot): chestnuts, peanuts, pepperoni, chili, peppers, sesame oil, plantain, honey.

Greetings to all my readers. There are many links and mentions of Taoist philosophy on the Internet, but it is not always clear what it is and how this philosophy can help in modern world and is it worth it for us to spend our time on this, which is already not enough. So I wanted to figure out what kind of technology it was that came to us from ancient China.

Taoist philosophy is aimed not so much at sexual satisfaction, but at preserving sexual health and longevity. Therefore, Taoist practices for women will help ladies maintain sexual attractiveness for a long time.

The sage, who lived more than 250 years, left advice for those people who want to follow his example. Here are some of them.

1. Don’t rush, don’t be nervous, take all events calmly. Be sure that your heart beats calmly. His instructions: sit still, like a turtle; move as quickly as a bird; sleep lightly, like a dog.
2. Violent emotions should be avoided, especially for older people, so that your energy does not drain away.
3. Lead healthy image life.
4. Do qigong exercises daily. He considered the most outstanding of them to be the “Deer”, “Crane” and “Turtle” poses.

According to Taoist sages, it was these animals that became famous for their extraordinary longevity. Tao masters observed deer and saw how they “train,” that is, strengthen their anus by wagging their tail.

The Taoists transferred this to people, and this is how the especially valuable “deer” exercise arose. Thanks to the strength of the anus, the true age of a person is estimated.

Why anus? The elasticity of this muscle, the muscle of love and rejuvenation, affects the condition of the genital organs. If the pubococcygeus muscle is not strong, then when a person sneezes or coughs, they may wet themselves or leak feces, which is not particularly pleasant.

The further, the worse: men experience impotence, and women become frigid. Concentration weakens, as well as the ability to move. That is why the ancient Tao created the “deer” exercise, which gives a person the opportunity to significantly reduce his biological years and become unsurpassed in love.

Method "Deer"

Before starting the technique thumb hide it in your fist. relax only after completing the entire action.

Technique for men

1. Press the middle fingers of both hands onto the dimple at the base of the skull and begin massaging it 49 times. Massage will help activate both hemispheres of the brain.
2. Next, inhale through your nose, while your tongue lies on your gums and remains there until the end of holding your breath. Exhale through your mouth, placing your tongue behind the bottom row of teeth.
3. First, you need to tense your pelvic floor, then energetically and quickly pull it up, while taking a deep breath for 15 seconds.
4. Hold your breath and pelvic floor in a tense state for 10 seconds, then exhale for 5 seconds and relax.

Your energy will flow into the brain. Repeat the technique 21 times in the morning and evening.

Equipment for women

Massage the same point as for men, but only massage it 36 times. Then intensely tense the pubococcygeus muscle, pulling it up, taking deep breaths for 7 seconds. Then there is a holding of the breath and anus in an elevated state for 7 seconds, then there is relaxation and exhalation for 7 seconds.

Do this exercise 49 times until pleasure comes. This is precisely the secret of the “deer” exercise for ladies.

What does this technique give to ladies? The endocrine system is rejuvenated, the immune system and nervous system are strengthened, and the lymph is cleansed.

What every woman needs to know

As you know, sex life is part of human health. Doctors of antiquity even attributed lovemaking to patients, scheduling them at certain hours, recommending a certain position.

But sex life cannot do without sexuality. How to achieve such an appearance as to be sexy and attractive? This question worries women more than men.

There are some women's secrets that will help you gain that very attractiveness.

1. Love yourself for who you are. How can you do this if you don’t like almost anything about yourself? Praise yourself, find your attractive sides, your bright individual characteristics
2. Massage your breasts every day. Walk clockwise around the nipples, barely touching them. If you feel the desire for intimacy, then you have achieved the effect. You are already a sexy person! You are simply a queen!
3. Now try the Taoist practice of ovarian breathing. Sit on the edge of the chair. Fill your whole body with love, smile. Place your hands 2-3 fingers above the pubis, on the ovary area. Massage this area, “breathe” the ovaries. Imagine that as you inhale, you draw in pinkish light, contract the muscles in your lower abdomen, as you exhale, relax them and exhale dirty pink light. Do 90 to 180 of these breaths in the morning and before bed.

Place your hands on the navel area, massage it first clockwise, then counterclockwise. Enjoy the pleasant sensations! You receive incomparable bliss and health!

The most interesting secret is the “inner smile”. Sit down, press your back against the back of the chair, imagine yourself in the good location. Now imagine that you have a sparkling ball in your forehead, it warms you and makes you smile. Smile at him too. Lower the ball lower, let it pass through all your organs, smile. Let them smile at you too, while turning into beautiful flowers. Inhale their aroma, dissolve in the sensations.
Feel how much you love yourself, every curve of your body, every organ. Feel them say “thank you” for this love.

Don't forget to thank yourself, your life for every moment you live. Have you seen happy women? They always smile slightly. Try to smile with your inner smile too. You will like to be happy, light, airy, attractive!

Eye Technique

The Taoists also came up with a technique for restoring vision, which begins with relaxation. Before using it on yourself, you should visit a doctor; perhaps you have begun to experience processes that require urgent treatment.

In conclusion, I want to say that it was not in vain that the Taoists came up with a whole philosophy of rejuvenating the body, which we can apply to ourselves. Try it, I’m sure you will be able to slow down the “running” of your biological clock.

Taoism, an ancient Chinese system of healing and spirituality, has always recognized the fact that sexuality is
an integral part of our health. Ancient Taoist doctors, assessing human health, were always interested in
his sexual activity. To cure diseases, they sometimes prescribed lovemaking at certain times
days or in certain poses.
Taoists see sexual energy as the most powerful source of all our vital energy, or Qi, which is responsible for
human health and livelihoods. Taoist sexual practices, called HEALING LOVE, are considered
the only remedy that can help women with low energy find satisfaction in lovemaking,
experience multiple orgasms and increase vitality in general.
In China, Taoism is perhaps best known as the basis of traditional Chinese medicine, which includes acupuncture,
herbal medicine, nutrition, massage, energy meditation (qigong) and martial arts(Taijiquan).System
UNIVERSAL TAO was developed by Mantak Chia to teach Taoist meditation techniques and physical exercises,
designed to balance the body and increase vital energy, or QI. The most important part of this system
are sexual practices, or HEALING LOVE.

PASSION IS IN EACH OF US.

No matter how tired, overworked or exhausted you may be, there is always a spark of desire lurking within you. The ability to experience
passion is inherent in human nature. To feel your desire, relax your body and mind. To do this, it would be
A good place to start is with a simple but effective relaxation exercise called ABDOMINAL BREATHING. Results
Numerous scientific studies (as well as thousands of years of experience of Eastern wisdom) prove that deep breathing
promotes relaxation. ABDOMINAL BREATHING is a technique that will always help you feel your passionate desire,
especially when you decide to experiment with your sexuality. To do this exercise (also,
as for all subsequent ones), you need to choose a comfortable place where you could calmly surrender to the feeling of your
sensory "I".
In this exercise, as in almost all subsequent ones, the number of repetitions should be a multiple of nine. In Taoism, the number is nine
means \"infinite set\".

EXERCISE 1. ABDOMINAL BREATHING

1.Sit comfortably and relax your shoulders.
2.Place your hands on your stomach under your navel.
3.Take a deep breath through your nose, directing the air into the abdominal cavity so that
so that your stomach gently presses on your hands.
4. Exhale slowly through your nose or mouth, allowing your stomach to return to normal.
position.
5. Take 9 or 18 breaths (or as many as you need), feeling
how your body relaxes. As you exhale, imagine that together with the air
you let go of your tension.

Now that you are relaxed, do the GUIDED MEDITATION exercise. To do this, you need to be undisturbed
for 15 minutes. GUIDED MEDITATION will work better if, while listening to its text, you immerse yourself in the flow of your
imagination. It is better if you record the text of the meditation on an audio cassette and play it while doing the exercise.
It is impossible to try to follow the free flow of imagination while reading a text. Let your mind soar into
free flight, and visual images come to you regardless of what assessment you give them in everyday life
life. The goal of this exercise is to feel your passion, in whatever context it appears.

EXERCISE 2. GUIDED MEDITATION

Think back to a time when you felt passion and sexual energy.
Find in your past experience that memory that you are happy to return to.
mentally return. Perhaps these are several memories. Not necessarily
choose one. Perhaps you were with a partner, or maybe alone.
If you find it difficult to remember a time when you felt passion, then simply...
trust your most beautiful sexual fantasy.
Now please tune in to this memory.
Do you see yourself alone or with a partner? If you are not alone, then who is next to you?
What surrounds you? Describe the situation in as much detail as possible. Are you in the house or on
street? What do you see around you? What colors? How does the light seem: soft or
bright? Is there peace and quiet around you or are there any sounds?
Now observe how your body feels. Listen to what it feels
your skin, your lips, your genitals. Allow yourself to feel your
desire. What is it - warmth, tingling or vibration? In what part of the body is it located?
your passion? Try to consolidate the energy of your desire.
Now, remembering your feelings in all details, return to the present.

It is recommended to write down those details that brought an atmosphere of eroticism into your meeting on a separate piece of paper and
in as much detail as possible. Think about which of these circumstances you could include in your life right now.
After completing a GUIDED MEDITATION and examining the visual images of your erotic impressions, note the most important ones.
them. Think and include in this list of erotic impressions those circumstances that you think could
improve your current sex life. Think about how often in your life you need this erotic
a circumstance with which you could fully maintain your libido.
If we tenderly cherish our erotic life and take even the smallest steps towards achieving the goal of finding
your passionate, energized self, our chances increase significantly. Develop your passion using any
the opportunities you have.

*Erotic imagination is a direct path to increased sexual desire.
*Use magical power novelty.Expand the boundaries of games. The mind and body of each of us (and, of course, our partners) with
They perceive everything new with interest.
*Nurture your passion. Sexual health depends on the interaction of three components - our physical,
emotional and spiritual states. Find your balance of well-being.

The ancient Taoists offer a more nuanced understanding of our life energy, reflecting the balance between giving and
received QI. They believe that there are three main types of QI energy within us:
* Sexual energy is part of the first type of energy, called BASIC ENERGY. BASIC ENERGY occurs
from the forces of heaven and earth, it is instilled in our bodies thanks to the love and sexual union of our parents. We are from birth
We have huge reserves of BASIC ENERGY, which is one of the reasons for the high activity of children. Our
BASIC ENERGY is associated with the sexual organs and serves as the main support for our body. In the process of life, this
energy is depleted.
*The second type of QI is LIFE ENERGY (QI), which circulates in the body, nourishing our organs. The secret of the practice of HEALING LOVE
is to learn to transform SEXUAL ENERGY into VITAL ENERGY, thereby strengthening your body.
*The third main type of QI is SPIRITUAL ENERGY. When there is an abundance of QI, and the mind and emotions are clear, then QI is transformed into
SPIRITUAL ENERGY.

SO, SEXUAL ENERGY IS TRANSFORMED INTO LIFE (QI), WHICH IS THEN TRANSFORMED INTO SPIRITUAL ENERGY.
In the process of life, we constantly receive and use LIFE ENERGY (QI). It serves as "fuel" for
our body and is contained in the sources around us: these are relationships with people, the proximity of nature, food, satisfaction
from work, spiritual practice, art and beauty, and especially love caresses. When we do not feed from these sources
our bodies are forced to use reserves of PRIMARY ENERGY. PRIMARY ENERGY is like a backup internal generator,
which we use when we cannot connect to external power sources - everything that encourages us to live,
instills energy and joy, helps to feel love.
Think about the things that excite you and help you experience joy and love. How much time do you devote to them?
per week? And how much time do you spend on things that drain you?
According to Taoist teaching, BASIC ENERGY is present in us from birth, and when it is completely depleted, we die.
Every time we deplete the reserves of our BASIC ENERGY, we reduce our vitality. To stop draining these
reserves - and weaken our libido - we need to increase QI through self-education: we must find time to
love, play, create and take care of your soul. Believe me, even small attempts to change your attitude to satisfaction
your own needs can have a magical effect on your life. Along with treating yourself amazingly
Your energy will change in this way - you just need to feel that your personal needs are being taken into account.
And by developing your passion, you can increase your core vitality and thus improve your overall
your health and vitality. There is only one force that can increase BASIC ENERGY - this is the vital force of your
love and participation. By learning to combine these two elements - sexual energy and true love - we will find the most effective
a power that can heal and make us happy. That is why these practices are called HEALING LOVE.
SEXUAL ENERGY is a powerful force, and it is very important to learn how to generate the energy of love and compassion for yourself and your
partner before engaging in sexual practices. Taosim teaches that emotional energy is simply
another form of QI, and when we learn to sense and move our QI, we can direct it towards our own healing.
Let's begin our study of the practices of HEALING LOVE by learning to sense and move our own life
energy, our qi.

MOVEMENT OF QI.

Qi passes through the entire body along the so-called channels, or meridians. Its movement can cause many sensations:
ringing in the ears, warmth, swelling, pulsation or boiling... It is not surprising that many of these sensations are similar to those
what we experience when we are aroused by passionate desire, since arousal is simply the movement of sexual energy.
But these sensations are not yet Qi itself, but only signs of its growth in a specific area.
In the Taoist classics there is such a saying:\"Consciousness moves, QI follows it.\" Whatever we focus our attention on
attention, the energy of Qi will begin to gather and grow there. Your increased attention changes the direction of the flow of Qi, which in turn
turn has an effect on blood flow. This phenomenon underlies the universal Taoist meditative and sexual
practices with which we can feel and move our QI along the main meridians, which is very useful for both
development of sexuality, and for improving health in general. Similar concepts of creating and moving life
energies also form the basis of other great traditional techniques, such as the Indian practices of yoga and tantra.

ABDOMINAL MIND.

For most of us, modern representatives of Western culture, the perception and awareness of ourselves and our feelings is focused
in the head - in what we call the brain. We see with our eyes, hear with our ears and speak with our mouth. One of the main teachings
practice of the UNIVERSAL TAO says that we should move our awareness from the head to the abdominal area.
The umbilical cord, the place through which our body is nourished in the mother's womb, remains, according to Taoists, an energy center
our body throughout life.Masters of oriental martial arts exhibit incredible strength and flexibility because they
placed their consciousness in their stomach (which is also the center of gravity of the body) and draw their Qi from there.
All parts of the body interact with each other, maintaining balance and harmony, and each part of the body has its own specific
abilities. The brain perfectly transforms and projects our energy to the world around us through action and creativity.
However, it is of little use for generating or storing energy. For this reason, you should not retain energy in the brain for a long time.
over a long period of time. (By doing this, we become irritable and often release excess brain energy by "snapping away."
on people close to us or anyone else. But this is not the most constructive way of emotional relief.) Free energy
should be directed downwards, into the stomach, where the organs ideally suited for its storage are located.

PRACTICES OF HEALING LOVE.

All practices of HEALING LOVE, starting with the exercises LAUGHING QIGONG and INNER SMILE, can be considered active meditation.
Some of them use body movements. To achieve the greatest success in classes, you must remember that despite
attached recommendations for practice, you should feel comfortable (act at your own discretion if you
you need to change your position). Your goal is to learn to move energy flows within yourself, and not sit in a certain position

PREPARATION FOR MEDITATION

From a Taoist perspective, certain postures (usually sitting or standing) enhance our ability to perform exercises.
of the practice of HEALING LOVE, as they align our head with the heavens and our feet with the earth. When our feet are in con-
tact with the ground, this serves as a “grounding”, thanks to which any excess or negative energy will go into the ground
without causing harm. Start the practice in a sitting position so that you can fully concentrate on moving
QI. If later you want to do these practices while standing, that’s very good. Here are some recommendations:

1. Find a quiet, calm place where no one can disturb you.
2. Dress warmly enough. Your clothes should be loose. Take off your glasses and watch.
3.Sit comfortably with your sit bones on the edge of the chair.
4.Spread your feet hip-width apart so that your soles rest firmly on the floor.
5. Sit comfortably - your shoulders are straight, your back is relaxed. Your chin should be slightly tucked (lowered).
6. Place your hands comfortably on your knees so that right palm lay on top of the left one.
7.Breathe naturally.

EXERCISE 3. LAUGHING QIGONG.

1. TAKE A SITTING POSITION FOR MEDITATION WITH YOUR HANDS CLOSED ON YOUR Stomach.

LAUGH FOR A FEW MINUTES.
3.THEN LAUGH WITH YOUR MOUTH CLOSED, WHILE SHAKING YOUR BElly AND YOUR HANDS VERY MUCH. LAUGH IN
FOR A FEW MINUTES.
4.BREATH DEEPLY SEVERAL TIMES SO THAT THE AIR PENETRATES INTO YOUR ABDOMEN AND YOU
YOU WERE ABLE TO FEEL THE WARMTH AND VIBRATION OF YOUR QI.
5.RUB YOUR HANDS AROUND YOUR ABDOMEN IN A SPIRAL TO PROMOTE THE ABSORPTION OF QI.

EXERCISE 4. INNER SMILE.

1. TAKE A COMFORTABLE MEDITATION POSITION. RELAX AND TAKE A DEEP BREATH.
2. CLOSE YOUR EYES AND FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION ON THE FEET OF YOUR FEET, FEELING THEIR CONNECTION
WITH THE EARTH. FEEL THAT YOU ARE FILLED WITH THE ENERGY OF THE EARTH THAT IS COMING THROUGH
FEET AND RISES UP TO YOUR HIPS, AND FROM THERE PENETRATS INTO YOUR ABDOMEN.
3. IMAGINE A SMILING FACE IN FRONT OF YOU. SMILE AND
FEEL THE ENERGY OF LOVE PERPET THROUGH YOUR THIRD EYE.

6. AGAIN DIRECTION THE ENERGY OF LOVE TO YOUR NAVLIK, FEELING AS COMING FROM YOUR
THE FLOW OF THE HEART GOES TO THE UMBILICAL CENTER.
7.TOUCH YOUR HANDS IN YOUR PELVIC AREA AND SMILE WITH YOUR GENITAL
ORGANS. FEEL HOW YOUR GENITAL ORGANS GLOW AND FILL WITH WARMTH.
FEEL LOVE AND APPRECIATION FOR YOUR GENITAL ORGANS.
8.MOVE THE ENERGY OF LOVE FROM YOUR GENITAL ORGANS TO THE UMBILICAL CENTER. FORCE
THE ENERGY OF YOUR GENITAL ORGANS AND THE ENERGY OF YOUR HEART ROTATE IN A SPIRAL,
DIRECTED FROM THE UMBILICAL CENTER OUTWARD, AND THEN BACK. IF YOU WANT, YOU CAN
RUBB YOUR PALM AROUND YOUR ABDOMEN AS WELL AS FORCING THE ENERGY TO BE ABSORBED
ROTATE IN A SPIRAL.

When we find harmony within ourselves and harmony with everything that surrounds us, we gradually merge with the DAO-foundational
a creative and sustaining force in the universe.
Taoism has an interesting understanding of emotional health that is quite different from Western medicine. Each of the five main
organs - lungs, kidneys, heart, liver and spleen - and the corresponding meridian are associated with certain emotions. When our
organs are in balance. and qi energy flows freely, emotions come and go without causing much trouble. But when
organs are overflowing with qi energy, which cannot flow freely due to a poor diet or chronic stress, then
or another organ may "overheat".

When this happens, the emotions associated with this organ stand out against the general background.

The teaching of Tao states that sexual relations are connected not only with the physical side of a person’s essence, but also with the spiritual. They are the link between the animal manifestation of man and the divine. In Taoist practice there is not just sexual intercourse, for them it is something more. Along with receiving physical pleasure, they saturate their soul with vital and spiritual energy. Taoist practices are not difficult, but they require regular attention and proper dedication. It may take years to understand all the secrets of love.

The main essence of the Tao of love is to relax and receive the highest pleasure.

Therefore, Tao says that you need to make love only when you have feelings for a person, you feel tenderness for him and you feel your connection with him. Otherwise, it is better to abstain from making love altogether.

It is worth noting how much a person and his relationships change thanks to Taoist love practices. Firstly, a deep sense of connection arises between the two partners, which occurs as a result of the merging of two energy flows and directing them into each other's bodies.

Secondly, your health improves and you have much more energy. The ability for self-healing and self-healing appears. Partners get the opportunity to experience strong and deep orgasms, and multiple ones. And also a certain telepathic connection appears between the two. In addition, women gain the ability to manage their menstrual cycle for the purpose of contraception. Taoist love practices for a happy couple open up many new facets of life.

Technique No. 1 – achieving harmony

As you know, in every person there are two principles - male (Yang) and female (Yin). In men, Yang energy is more dominant, while in women, Yin energy is more dominant. Yang sexual energy is often compared to a flame of fire, which can instantly ignite and also suddenly go out. Yin sexual energy is water. Represents less volatile and stronger and longer-lasting sexual involvement. There are also cases when female sexual energy is more predominant in men, and vice versa. This must be taken into account to achieve harmony in love.

Yin sexual energy originates in the head, from where it descends to the genitals. In men, on the contrary, sexual energy originates in the genitals, from where it is directed to the heart and head. Therefore, you need to know that women need more time to achieve sexual arousal, because it must begin in the head - with the help of thoughts and emotions. This can be done either by the woman herself or with the help of a man.

Technique No. 2 – touching

It is very important in a relationship to show your love through touch. This could be light stroking, hugging, quick kisses on the cheek. This does not necessarily have to happen in bed, it should happen all the time and anywhere. Otherwise, a person develops tactile hunger, which makes both love and sexual feelings weaker. Walking hand in hand while walking, hugging when sitting together and many other options for light and unobtrusive touches will strengthen feelings.

Technique No. 3 – breathing

During sexual intercourse, it is important to observe breathing. It can change the entire process of making love. You need to learn to breathe deeply - using your stomach. If you learn to control your breathing, you can get much more pleasure, especially for women. And the man will be able to delay ejaculation and bring even more pleasure for two.

Technique No. 4 – erogenous zones

Some have already heard about erogenous zones, namely about the notorious G-spot, which some have already recorded in the subsection of mythical phenomena. In the Taoist practice of love, everything is much simpler. You can start with kissing - lips are the most important channel of energy exchange. You need to kiss as sensually and intensely as possible, trying to transfer your energy to your other half and take part of his energy.

After this, the man can begin foreplay by caressing the legs and arms, then gradually move to other parts of the body. Taoist practices recommend warming and arousing the pubis and surrounding areas before touching the female genital organs. Women are advised to start their caresses by touching the penis, and then move on to the arms and legs, body, and finally the head.

Technique #5 – orgasm

Taoists believe that everything comes from within, from the head.

Therefore, in love, what you think and feel is also important. If you think you'll cum once, then you will. If you are determined several times, then this too will come true. After all, it all starts with how you are set up. Therefore, it is important to put your thoughts in order and then intimate life will improve significantly.

FROM THE AUTHOR

On the last pages of this book the reader will find descriptions of the courses and practical training offered at our Healing Tao centers. This material is also a comprehensive description of the entire system of Taoism. All my books are components this Taoist view of the world. Thus, each of my books shows one of the important parts of this system. Each outlines methods of healing and life empowerment that, if desired, can be studied and practiced independently. Each of these methods, however, involves other people and is best practiced with other students.

The basis of all practices of the Taoist system, the Microcosmic Orbit meditation is a way of circulating chi energy through the channels of the body. It is described in my book, Awakening Healing Energy Through the Tao. This practice is followed by the Inner Smile and Six Healing Sounds meditations described in my book Taoist Ways to Transform Stress into Vitality.

These three practices are widely used in the Taoist system, and their mastery is a very important condition for the successful practice of Healing Love.
As you absorb the information provided in this book and become aware of concepts and concepts missing from Western thought, you will deepen your understanding of the relevance of these practices to your physical, emotional, and spiritual development.

A little about precautions. This book does not make any diagnoses or suggest treatments. It provides the means to improve your health, eliminate imbalances in your system, and provide rich sexual experiences. People with high blood pressure, heart disease, or general debility should progress through these practices very slowly, and be especially careful with Ovarian Breathing. In case of any illness, you should consult your doctor.

TAOIST UNDERSTANDING OF WOMAN'S QI ENERGY
HOW ENERGY IS USED

Taoist sages look at their own energy from some general positions. For a day, for example, young healthy person earns one hundred percent of the energy he needs from food, rest and exercise, and spends approximately sixty to seventy percent on his daily needs - working, eating, digesting food, breathing, walking, and the like. This one hundred percent energy can be thought of as one hundred energy credits, similar to bank loans.

But as a man grows old, he gradually earns less and less, although his body requires the same expenses; it begins to exceed its credit by withdrawing energy from the vital organs—kidneys, liver, spleen, lungs, heart, and pancreas—as well as from the various glands, and finally from the brain.

Taoism explains that the main loss of energy in a man occurs during ejaculation, while the main loss of energy in a woman occurs not during sexual intercourse, but during menstruation. If a young, healthy woman continues to go about her daily activities during this time, this will cause some additional energy loss.

If we assume that a woman begins menstruating at the age of twelve, and the menopause begins at the age of fifty, then she can have from three hundred to five hundred menstrual periods in her entire life. Each month, the ovaries produce an egg that contains extremely high quality creative energy.

A significant part of the energy is also spent on the production of necessary hormones, as well as on the production of the lining of the uterus, which is the “nest” for the fertilized egg. Considering the huge population globe, we cannot afford to have many children - we can allow the birth of one or two children. This means that we use one or two eggs. All other energy-filled eggs are destroyed. This takes up thirty to forty percent of a woman’s daily energy expenditure.

If this energy is allowed to constantly pour out, the woman will lose thirty to forty percent of her life force energy. There is, however, a way to transform this energy into vital energy for the body's organs, glands, brain, bone marrow, and also into spiritual energy.
