“The heritage of Russia is our women! Let's talk about a good man Essay about a wonderful woman boss.

What are they like, our Russian women?

Although the calendar shows the 21st century, in Russia women are expected mainly to have excellent qualities as a wife, lover, mother and, of course, housewife, despite the fact that it is now difficult to find a representative of the fair sex who meets all these requirements. Meanwhile, a whole generation of women has grown up who do not pay attention to Domostroev stereotypes and follow only their personal idea of life. They don’t waste time on all sorts of nonsense, but simply study, work, and become professionals. Our women are brave, lucky and persistent. They will not disappear anywhere and anywhere in the world they will find something to their liking and will be happy, while remaining real, charming women.

They are said to have qualities that women in other countries do not have. They are supposedly smarter, taller, more beautiful, more determined and more inventive than women in neighboring countries. They are ready to put aside the softness characteristic of women in order to earn a decent living, and build their own careers instead of providing the rear to a strong man, as women with an archaic mentality do. Nothing stops our women. Nothing can stop them. And we, Russians, are not surprised that the world’s first female cosmonaut was the Russian woman Valentina Tereshkova, or that the world’s first female ambassador was the Russian revolutionary feminist Alexandra Kollontai.

Our Chuguev women are no exception. They can do everything and are successful everywhere: whether at work or at home, everything rests on them - sweet, beautiful, feminine, but strong in spirit. There are no tasks that our mothers, sisters, wives and girlfriends cannot cope with. Our women serve in military units, internal affairs bodies, work as specialists in organizations, craftsmen in production and the forestry industry, in hospitals and schools, kindergartens and the service sector. Women - taxi drivers, employees of the prosecutor's office and banks, judges - have become a common occurrence in the life of the Chuguevsky district.

It is not surprising that the residents of the region entrusted a very important task - the management of settlements - to women too. Probably, our district is the only one in the region, and maybe in Russia, where all settlements are headed by representatives of the fair sex. With their daily work they justify the trust that the residents of the region have placed in them.

Their burden is not light, because their “households” are very hectic and require a lot of attention and complete dedication. But O.N. Vieru, T.S. Anyaeva and N.F. Andreychuk work without regard for personal time, and solve the problems of settlements professionally and judiciously as women. And although work takes up most of their lives, they still remain women - beautiful and warm-hearted. Many people know them as official representatives authorities judge them by their work. Perhaps short interviews with them will help you see these lovely women from a completely different side.

Olga Nikolaevna VIERU, head of Chuguevsky rural settlement

Olga Nikolaevna, many consider you a strict and tough woman, but have there been moments in your life or work when you wanted to give up everything and allow yourself to become weak?

No, there was no such moment. I have a slightly different position in life: if you don’t know what to do, take a step forward. By nature I am an optimist and I believe that you should never give up, you should always fight and move forward. After all, the lives of my children depend on me, and I am responsible for my employees. What example can I show them if I cannot cope with this or that life situation? I simply do not have the right to give up, no matter how hard it is for me.

- What principle do you follow in your work?

I have more than one – it’s professionalism, hard work and the ability to communicate with people. It seems to me that these are three pillars at the base successful work in power.

What do you think: a woman working in management ( power structure) - is this normal or does she need to take care of the housework and raising children?

A woman can work as a leader and at the same time be a homemaker, I am convinced of this. Although this is not a pattern. After all, many women are happy to devote themselves only to their family, husband, and children. I myself enjoy doing housework and children in my free time.

- IN at what age and how did you earn your first money?

I lived in a village in northern Kazakhstan, where it was very well developed agriculture, crop production and livestock production. On the territory of the Kamensky state farm there was an experimental varietal station; every summer schoolchildren were offered work there. At the variety plot, students weeded plots of weeds, loosened the soil, counted plants - that’s where I earned my first money, I was 12-13 years old then.

- What do children and family mean to you?

My family, my three children are the most important thing in my life. For them I live, work, try to be an example to them in everything. We have complete mutual understanding with them. They study, work, and make me happy with their successes. My whole life is dedicated to them.

- How many children do you think she should have? modern woman?

I grew up in a large family, I have two brothers and two sisters. And I always believed that a family should have at least two or three children. As for the modern woman, you probably mean that it is now more difficult for us to raise and support children - I don’t agree with this. Remember Russian history: it has always been difficult to raise children. Take the post-war years, for example. There was devastation and hunger in the country, but women gave birth, raised, taught and did not sit at home, worked, participated in public life.

- What do you think a mother should definitely teach her children?

Independence, determination, love and understand loved ones, relatives, respect others, be able to communicate with them.

Dear dear women! On this spring holiday, March 8, I want to wish all women: may all your cherished dreams come true. May all adversity pass you by. Let your souls warm up warm spring sun. Let only a cheerful mood and smiles of loved ones await you at home. I wish you all health, family and financial well-being, interesting and fruitful work.

Natalya Fedorovna ANDREYCHUK,

head of the Shumnensky rural settlement

- Is it easy for a woman to lead a rural community?

Of course, a woman leader has a more difficult time than a man, because a woman must think not only about work, but also about her family. Combining family and work is not always easy, but when the family understands how responsible the work of a mother and wife is, and the family always supports and helps, then no special problems arise. In addition, if we consider the psychophysical characteristics of men and women, then a female leader takes problems at work more emotionally to heart. However, in general, I believe that if a person has leadership, organizational skills, the desire to perform efficiently and well this work, is not afraid to make decisions and bear responsibility for them, then there is no fundamental difference who the leader is - a woman or a man.

Natalya Fedorovna, due to your duty, you have to make decisions and take responsibility for them. Is it difficult to be strong and confident in your abilities?

When I make a decision that concerns only me, it is much easier than being responsible for other people. More than once you will think about what to do, because your decision will affect the lives of the people you represent. And there are more than 2 thousand of them in the settlement.

- How did your career develop, where did you start?

I have been working as the head of the settlement for three years. Before that, I worked as the chief specialist of the administration of the Shumnensky rural settlement.

- What do you think your main drawback?

As my children say, I am hyper-responsible. Twenty-four hours a day, work is on my mind, especially when problems arise due to objective reasons (no funds in the budget, no special equipment etc.), you cannot do any task at all or you do it not as you should and want, but as it turns out.

- How do you spend your vacation?

I was on vacation in November - December 2012, and spent most of the vacation at work.

- You have big family?

I have a beloved husband and two children. Eldest daughter After graduating from TSEU, she got married and works at the Progress plant in Arsenyev, the youngest is a student. The children are proud of me, and my husband worries about me, always supports and helps.

- Plans for this year?

Work, work and work for the benefit of the settlement.

I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate women on March 8th! Dear women! Congratulations on a wonderful holiday!

Let life be full of happiness and love,

Every spring day will become bright and joyful

And all your dreams will come true!

Tatyana Seliverstovna, the post that you are holding for your second term - the head of the Koksharovsky rural settlement - is traditionally considered male. What do you think a woman should be like in this position?

- You know, in the first days of spring and on the eve of the approaching holiday, everything is seen positively and you don’t want to look at it more objectively. In my opinion, both women and men need to have a lot of restraint and know a lot. This work is not easy, because sometimes a lot depends not on you. The legislative part, the execution of powers, and of course, responsibility for the well-being of our residents and for everything that happens on the territory of the settlement.

Willingly (smiles). I love life for its versatility, and everything is interesting to me. I try to get results from the work done - to work efficiently. And when it works out, your strength is restored. I love music and singing: I got it from my mother - she sang very well, whether at work or on holidays. I visit the regional philharmonic society, attend concerts, and love listening to concerts of the symphony orchestra. I try to find time to read in the evening. I like to pamper myself with homemade pies, but in our family everyone cooks: it doesn’t happen that a man who spends a lot of time in the taiga does not know how to cook. So my husband remembers that the best cooks have always been men.

I love our Ussuri river very much! We grew up on the river, and since childhood I have known all the bays, since my father and I rafted to the apiary many times, and in the evenings we returned at dusk, sometimes it was even scary. My family and friends still love to go rafting on the river. I believe that this is the most wonderful vacation, as in that song “The Current Carries Me!” If friends suggest we definitely go to the river, I always support it, and more often I suggest it myself! I love fishing. And recently I discovered another one great way recuperation: equestrian sport. In the Anuchinsky district, in the village of Novogordeevka, an equestrian club “Sofist” was opened, where competitions for the Primorye Governor’s Cup are held at the hippodrome every fall. I can handle the “iron horse” - I’ve been driving for 15 years, and now I’m mastering the skills of taming a war horse. Riding horses is very useful: you immediately get a sea of adrenaline, and you are no longer tired.

And, of course, work also helps to recover. The head of the settlement must be aware of all matters, and when, for example, the villagers are preparing for a holiday, they come up with funny scenario, they are preparing concert numbers - I, too, will certainly take part in this fuss. I used to sing in the choir, but now I don’t have much time.

While I was telling you, I formulated: in order to be able to relax, you need to be able to find positivity in everything that surrounds you. If you don’t have enough money now, you can’t buy equipment to clear roads of snow - it’s unpleasant, of course. But “life doesn’t end tomorrow,” and tomorrow, let’s say, it turns out that a fellow villager has a tractor with which to clean the streets, and you can negotiate with him. Or, now, the Maslenitsa holiday is coming soon - we’re already looking forward to it!

- Tell us more about your family. You spoke so warmly about your mother...

I was born in a big friendly family beekeepers, and we are all very grateful to our parents for the fact that there are so many of us - 56 people, if we count our grandchildren. Today a lot of attention is paid large families, and I believe that really all the most valuable things are laid in the family. If the family foundation is strong, a strong and integral personality will grow. This is how they tried to raise their sons.

Now the sons have grown up, the eldest lives in Vladivostok, now a captain in the internal service. The younger one, after serving in the army, also tried to serve, but decided that this was not his calling: he was in technology, metal. Now he works at Dalspetsstroy in Ussuriysk. They often come home and hunt. Men have their own amusements: the sons and their father are members of the Jaguar hunting society. But we go for mushrooms, berries, or wild plants with the whole family.

I once wanted a girl so bad... But now, thanks to my sons, there are girls in the family, and you can be confidential with them like a woman. The grandson is still alone, continues family tradition- has been involved in sports (hockey) since childhood; his parents put him on skates at the age of six. Children love hunting and fishing, youngest son I even jumped with a parachute - youthful dreams should come true! Let's see what happens next...

- Tatyana Selivestrovna, you were born in the Chuguevsky district? What warm wind brought you here?

Along the way (smiles)! My parents met on Sakhalin and came to Primorye in the early sixties. In general, my father is Siberian, and my mother is from Krasnodar. I was born in Kalinovka (this village is no longer on the map of our region), graduated from Koksharovskaya high school, then entered Khabarovsk polytechnic institute, received a diploma in economic engineering. And then she returned, like many then, to Koksharovka. I was already married, we were expecting our eldest son, our sons were born here. We built a house and began to live and live (laughs).

- How did you manage to manage everything?

We were young. And now I want to see something interesting, without getting hung up on the almighty "We must!" family. And we don’t regret at all that we left big city. In a small village, it is even easier to raise children - there is no such fuss, and many will respond to a request for help - we are not strangers to each other. Remember these lines? “Don’t live sadly, don’t regret what happened, don’t guess what will happen - take care of what you have...”

- Do you have any wishes for the women on the eve? Women's Day?

Certainly! I wish all women health, strength, patience, spring and warmth in life. Congratulations to my colleagues, with whom we know each other so well. And I wish everyone peace in the family and loving and understanding men, the very real ones!

Life. Vocation. Joy

Nina Aleksandrovna Mayorova... This name is associated with a wonderful school - MBOU "Elanskaya Secondary School No. 1". Once upon a time, many years ago, she decided to become a teacher. Her dream came true after graduating from the Balashov State Pedagogical Institute. And she became not just a teacher, but a teacher who is constantly improving her skills, her teaching talent!

15 years ago Nina Aleksandrovna crossed the threshold of our school as a director. Since then the school has changed, become more beautiful and better!

Behind 38 years pedagogical work... Is this a lot or a little? Probably, for any person this is not just a period in life, but a huge journey, full of ups and downs, joys and sorrows, victories and failures... But what do these years mean for a school leader? This is constant and purposeful work on raising children, self-improvement and the formation of a unified educational space. Without undue exaggeration, we can say that school for our director is her life, calling and joy. Since the beginning of her leadership, Nina Alexandrovna has shown her skills and best qualities administrator, which allowed the teaching staff to grow into a friendly and cohesive team capable of solving any issues of training and education of the younger generation.

She has her own socio-political views, which are realized in this work, thanks to her enthusiasm and tireless ability to work.

A talented person is talented in everything! These words are directly related to the director of our school. We can talk about this man endlessly. Yes, she can be tough, but only to the point, and no leader can do without this. Yes, there are no people without shortcomings, but if we are to judge a person, then it would be correct to put both virtues and shortcomings on the scales. Only then can you get a real picture, a real portrait of a person. Isn't it true? It is important not to be indifferent to your work. To root for everything in the world with your soul, to delve into everything. Then your attitude as a leader is felt by children and teachers.

Over the years pedagogical activity From a simple teacher, Nina Aleksandrovna grew into a competent and skillful leader. She was awarded a certificate of honor from the Ministry of Education and Science Russian Federation badge “Honorary Worker of Education”.

At Nina Alexandrovna's wonderful family, caring children and granddaughter.

He said very accurately and aptly about the teacher famous writer Simon Soloveitchik: “He is an artist, but his listeners and spectators do not applaud him. He is a sculptor, but no one sees his work. He is a doctor, but patients rarely thank him for his treatment and do not always want to be treated. Where can he get the strength for everyday inspiration? Only in yourself, only in the consciousness of the greatness of your work.” These words perfectly characterize Nina Alexandrovna.

In October, Nina Alexandrovna celebrated her anniversary. There is so much beauty, stature, strength and even prowess in this woman that I want to say:

Sketches for portraits of contemporaries

The myth that women can only speak about their own kind in a dismissive and condescending tone was dispelled by the recently published collection “Women about Women.”

The idea to create such a book arose in the bowels of the public organization, the Association of Journalists "Aksinya", which just this year celebrates its 15th anniversary and decided to present itself, its beloved, with such original gift. A few months ago, the head of Aksinya, Irina Mardar, invited members of her organization to write essays about their contemporaries - about those whom they have known for a hundred years or whom they met quite recently, about young or old people who occupy high positions or who have found something modest, but very important for them. their place in life. The main thing is that the person is interesting to the author - no matter what, his biography or its individual episodes, his non-standard views on the world or commitment to conceptual principles that he himself developed, his attitude towards the profession or people. The main thing is that the heroine of the future essay should somehow surprise, amaze, or delight the author, which makes him want to write about her.

Members of the Aksinya organization (and the overwhelming majority are women) responded with enthusiasm to the proposal, especially since journalism is very close to many of them, and it seemed like becoming the authors of the collection, returning to such an almost forgotten genre today as the essay, or just trying it out very tempting. And, speaking in journalistic language, everyone had plenty of material for this, because there are no uninteresting people, there is a reluctance or inability to “stir up” one’s character, explore his fate, press hidden “springs”.

The presentation of the collection “Women on Women” took place last Friday in the fireplace room of the central city library, and, as often happens with “Aksinya” events, there was a twist. Along with the authors of essays about women, the heroines of the essays were also invited to the meeting. This added general atmosphere holiday... reality. Here they are, our contemporaries, real, not fictitious, not born of creative imagination. Each woman in these sincere stories is truly “ the whole world worthy of everyone's attention", each of them "lives in full height and creates his own personal history in the context of the history of a large country."

“Women about Women” is an anti-glamorous publication. A woman here is attracted not by “a minimum of clothing or a maximum of bright feathers on her”, not by involvement in intrigues, scandals, investigations. She is ordinary, and at the same time, when you hold your gaze on her and focus your attention, she turns out to be not so ordinary, but on the contrary, she has invaluable experience and unique personality traits. This idea was emphasized by Irina Mardar, who is also the editor and compiler of the collection, when welcoming the presentation participants. And then each author was given the floor - about the “searches and finds” of his heroine. And the heroines, in turn, expressed their attitude towards the idea of “Aksinya” brought to life.

By the way, the publication of the book became possible thanks to funds from the Global Fund for Women, and also from the publishing house “Old Russians” (Rostov-on-Don), headed by Natalya Startseva, a writer, author of the novels “Into the Light of Love”, “To Me” It doesn’t hurt”, a collection of fairy tales “Tales from the Christmas Tree”. She attended the presentation and declared her love for all the heroines of the collection’s essays, who became close to her during the preparation of the book for publication. And a great gift for everyone gathered in the fireplace room, and there were not only the authors and heroines of the collection, but also members of other public organizations the cities that came to congratulate “Aksinya” on her birthday were books by Natalya Startseva with a personal signature.

All presentation participants received the book “Women about Women” as a gift. And on Monday, several such books were presented to the local history department of the library named after. Pushkin and each branch. Any reader can get acquainted with the collection of sketches about contemporary women.

It is no secret that many beautiful and unique women live in our native and ancient Yuryevets. This is what the employees of the Ryabinka MKDOU said about one of these women.

- The other day The anniversary is celebrated by our manager Lyudmila Alekseevna Alekseeva, who recently retired. On the eve of her birthday I want to say a lot about her kind words, - this is how the teachers who worked with their head for decades began their story.

– Lyudmila Alekseevna was born in the village. Giblitsy Kasimovsky district Ryazan region. She began her career immediately after graduating from school in 1967. Arriving in Ivanovo, I started working as a nurse at the 1st clinic. She completed nursing courses at the Ivanovo regional health care center and was sent as nurse nursery groups to us, in the city of Yuryevets at the Mir nursery. Then she entered the Kineshma Pedagogical College in absentia, from which she graduated in 1974, receiving the specialty of a teacher kindergarten. In August of the same year, she began working as a teacher in kindergarten No. 5. From December 1985 until her retirement, she worked as the head of MKDOU kindergarten No. 5 “Ryabinka”.

While working as a manager, Lyudmila Alekseevna showed herself to be a responsible, competent leader. She has always been distinguished by the clear organization of her activities and professionalism when working with teachers, children and parents. She has the ability to ensure the functioning and development of the kindergarten in accordance with the requirements public policy in the field of preschool education.

For Lyudmila Alekseevna, a manager is not just a position, but a way of life. As a leader, she did everything to ensure that the kindergarten flourished, the employees worked comfortably, and parents trusted their children without any problems. She is a professional in her field, an initiative, experienced leader who directs the team’s activities towards the realization of creative abilities, the development individual qualities the personality of each employee, so that everyone who at first glance seemed unprepossessing and stereotypical would suddenly reveal an interesting side.

In her preschool institution, she was a real mistress, she knew every corner, all the problems and needs, and they lately it got bigger and bigger. Lyudmila Alekseevna found both the strength and time to solve them, without sparing herself.

And if there was a problem with a lack of staff, she worked for the nurse, and for the caretaker, and for the teacher. Along with all the employees, she cleaned the territory, dug flower beds and planted flowers, participated in the repair of groups and premises of the kindergarten, and even knocked icicles off the roofs herself. Where it is difficult, where there is a problem, there is the owner of the garden. She did everything possible and impossible to ensure that the life of the kindergarten proceeded in a calm and peaceful direction.

Lyudmila Alekseevna has such qualities as: modesty, simplicity, decency, hard work, dedication to her work. Many young colleagues strive to be like her in everything.

“This is a kind-hearted person with whom it is very easy and pleasant to communicate. This is the person about whom they say that “people are drawn to him.” She treats everyone around her with respect, be it an adult or a child. Any conversation begins with the words: “Hello. How are you?" This is not a stock phrase, but a manifestation of interest and care for every close and familiar person. He always listens attentively, encourages, advises, helps with deeds and advice.”

She quickly adapted to the changing modern conditions reforming the education system.

She was a frequent guest in groups, children ran up, shared their secrets with her, and she paid attention to everyone. She is distinguished by her boundless love for children. Lyudmila Alekseevna knew every child in the kindergarten, and there were more than a hundred of them.

She still remembers all her students by name. She has always been able to find an individual approach to each child and never remains indifferent to the problems of children and their parents. Children and their parents come to kindergarten with pleasure. Kindergarten graduates are frequent guests, recalling the bright moments of their preschool life.

Teachers and students of preschool educational institutions actively participated in municipal creative exhibitions, competitions, sports events and were awarded numerous diplomas and letters of gratitude.

Lyudmila Alekseevna is efficient in solving a variety of issues, precise in expressing her thoughts, has a creative and deep approach to the implementation of numerous tasks, which has allowed the kindergarten under her leadership to take first place in the ranking among preschool institutions cities.

Needless to say, every subordinate dreams of such a leader: calm, tactful, smart, respectful, ready to help at any moment. The doors of her office were always open, any child could look in and see a smile or hear a kind word.

“Lyudmila Alekseevna gave her entire life to work in our kindergarten, working for more than forty years. Here she earned gratitude, certificates, the title “Veteran of Labor,” and most importantly, the enormous respect of colleagues, parents and children who attended the kindergarten.”
