  1. Place the chicken fillet in salted water and cook until tender. Cut into small pieces after cooling.

  4. Fry the mushrooms in sunflower oil and place in a salad bowl. They will become the first layer of the salad. Place chicken fillet pieces on top of the mushrooms. Spread with mayonnaise.
  5. Place cucumbers on chicken fillet. Lubricate with mayonnaise again. It's time for the Korean carrots. It will become the last layer of the salad. Place it on the cucumbers.

Salad Delight with pineapples

Peculiarities. This recipe option combines beef tongue and pineapple pulp, which makes it especially satisfying and juicy. And it will take no more than 30 minutes to prepare step by step.

Ingredients:

  • canned tongue - 1 jar;
  • pickled onion - 200 g;
  • pineapple - 1 can;
  • chicken eggs - 3 pieces;
  • Korean carrots - 200 g;
  • cheese - 150 g;
  • greens - 30 g;

Crispy Delight salad with chicken

Ingredients:

  • boiled chicken meat - 300 gr.
  • fresh cucumber - 3 pcs.
  • Korean carrots - 200 gr.
  • pickled honey mushrooms - 350 gr.
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method:

  1. Boil the meat in slightly salted water in advance. It could be brisket or ham. Chop the meat and cucumbers into thin strips, but do not mix.
  2. Prepare the salad tray. Grease the sides of this mold with mayonnaise. We choose a suitable dish for the salad and place this form in the middle of the plate.
  3. We lay out the first layer - boiled meat. It should be exactly half of total number. It will be about two centimeters high. Lubricate the top generously with mayonnaise.
  4. The next one will be the mushroom layer. We also add half of what we have to the mushrooms and grease them with a spoon of mayonnaise. Don’t forget to trample down the ingredients as you “build up” the salad so that it doesn’t fall apart in the future.
  5. The next layer will be cucumbers. There will be twice as many of them as mushrooms and meat. We will need two tablespoons of mayonnaise for the cucumber layer. Pay special attention to the edges of the mold: soak it generously in mayonnaise so that when you remove the mold, the cucumbers do not crumble and spoil the whole picture of the dish.
  6. Three layers of salad are ready. Now carefully, slowly, lift our mold. The last ingredient is Korean carrots. Place half of the carrots on top of all layers, forming a mound. Delicious salad can be served.

Delight salad with mushrooms and Korean carrots

Ingredients:

  • champignon mushrooms - 350 gr.;
  • fresh cucumber - 2 pcs.;
  • onions - 2 pcs.;
  • boiled chicken breast - 300 gr.;
  • Korean carrots - 200 gr.;
  • mayonnaise to taste;
  • vegetable oil for frying.

Cooking method:

  1. Dice the onion and mushrooms. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown and add the mushrooms, mix and fry until all the liquid that forms when frying the mushrooms has evaporated.
  2. Slice the boiled chicken breast. Cut off the ends of the cucumbers and grate them on a coarse grater.
  3. We form the salad in layers: 1st layer mushrooms with onions, as well as a mayonnaise mesh. 2nd layer chicken breast, also mayonnaise mesh.
  4. 3rd layer cucumber, mayonnaise mesh, 4th layer Korean carrots. The salad should be placed in a cold place for soaking.

Salad Delight with mushrooms and crab sticks

Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 200 g;
  • Korean carrots – 150 g;
  • fresh cucumber – 1 pc.;
  • crab sticks – 100 g;
  • champignons – 100 g;
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.;
  • Chinese cabbage – 100 g;
  • butter - for frying;
  • mayonnaise, pepper, salt, sugar, lemon juice - to taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices, fry in a frying pan with a small amount butter.
  2. Chop the Chinese cabbage into small pieces, lightly salt it, add a pinch of sugar, a little lemon juice and stir.
  3. Cut the boiled chicken into strips, and also cut the crab sticks. Cut the cucumber and pepper into strips.
  4. Place the meat on a dish, add salt and grease with mayonnaise. Next comes a layer of carrots and immediately crab sticks on it. Another layer of mayonnaise.
  5. The next layer will be cabbage, on which you should place sweet pepper and coat with sauce. Mushrooms and cucumbers come last.
  6. Cucumbers should be lightly salted and greased with a thin layer of mayonnaise. The salad should be allowed to stand for a couple of hours in a cool place, and then sent to the table.


  • If Korean carrots are used in puff salads, then you need to cut the straws into short pieces. Otherwise, the dish will be difficult to take from the plate, and the appearance and layers will be damaged.
  • If the salad is dressed with mayonnaise, then the liquid from the Korean carrots must be drained. If an oil dressing is used, it can be replaced with marinade from a Korean snack or diluted.
  • No mayonnaise? Add salt, pepper, a little vinegar to the sour cream, you can add mustard, stir, and feel free to dress the salad! The sauce will taste no worse than mayonnaise.
  • Did you over-salt the salad? Add to it boiled eggs or fresh cucumbers. Or you can do both. They will dilute a spoiled dish, while both products go well with Korean carrots.
