Insanely simple, but at the same time very tasty salad based on chicken fillet and pineapples, the taste of which is enhanced and enriched by the addition of walnuts. Well, white yogurt as a dressing makes the dish light and low in calories. Of course, you can replace it with sour cream or mayonnaise if you wish.

We will need:

  • chicken fillet - 350 g;
  • pineapple - 170 g;
  • walnut - 60 g;
  • parmesan - 40 g;
  • yogurt for dressing;
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

1. Boil the chicken fillet until tender, not forgetting to add salt. Then cool and cut into small pieces.

2. Place chicken, pineapple pieces, grated Parmesan and chopped walnuts into a salad bowl. Salt and pepper.

If you buy already shelled nuts, pierce them in a frying pan or in the microwave.

4. Also cut the cooled chicken into medium-sized pieces.

5. Cover a baking dish or salad bowl with cling film. This is done so that our salad can be easily turned over onto a serving dish. So it will be very beautiful and impressive.

Place the cooled champignons on the bottom, compact them with a spoon and grease them with a layer of mayonnaise.

Place the next layer of grated cheese. We also level it and press it down, lubricating it with mayonnaise.
