The parents made every effort to give their son good education. In 1991, Archil entered MGIMO (faculty international law). Three years later, he left Russia and went to New York, where he began working for Ascop Corporation.

In 1996, the ambitious guy continued his studies. First he became a student at Harvard and then at Boston University.

Career

In the USA, Archil Gelovani received higher education and experience in large organization. Therefore, immediately after returning to Moscow, he decided to go into business. In 1999, Archil and his friends created the development company METRA.

In addition, since 2001, the guy began investing in profitable high-tech projects. To do this, Gelovani founded the General Nano Optics company, which specialized in the development and production of semiconductor lasers.

The NEOCINK association was also formed, producing special protective coatings for metal products.

However, Archil Gelovani’s interests were not limited only to innovative technologies. The businessman decided that the film industry would bring him no less profit, and since 2007 he began producing feature films. He implements this task with the help of the Independent Film Project studio (created in 2009).

Also from 2009 to 2011, Archil headed the Georgia Film film studio. He set himself the task of facilitating the restoration of the archive of the “golden fund” of this studio.

Thanks to Gelovani’s financial support, more than a dozen different films were released. Among them are the following projects: the thriller “Russian Triangle” (2007), the crime film “Shirkers” (2010), the drama “Hunter” (2011) and the comedy “Love with an Accent” (2012).

Archil even tried himself as an actor. He appeared on television twice. True, he only got small episodic roles. His filmography was limited to only two films - in 2006 he starred in the second part of “Boomer”, and in 2008 in the film “House of Joy”.

In 2010, Gelovani was involved in a scandal. The businessman was accused of stealing unique publications from the library of TSU (Tbilisi). Archil purchased rare books, although he knew that they were stolen. During the search, 41 books were found on Gelovani, the cost of each, according to him, varied from $350 to $1,200.

Personal life

Archil Gelovani was married twice. There is little information about his first wife. It is known that this was the daughter of the Georgian screenwriter Nino Basilia. The businessman does not hide the fact that his son Nikolai is growing up from this marriage. Gelovani has preserved friendly relations With ex-wife, and he is involved in raising their child.

At first, a friend responded to these rumors, saying that Archil dotes on Oksana, loves her madly and showers her with flowers and gifts. Soon, the actress herself denied information about the discord, saying on a social network that everything was fine with them.

Biography

Oksana comes from the city on the Neva. She was born on April 19, 1987 in the family of an auto mechanic and an accountant.

Since childhood, the child showed creative inclinations and a giftless character.

Meanwhile, having beaten hundreds of competitors at auditions, Oksana received an invitation to one of the main roles in the action film by Sergei Bodrov Jr.

This debut simultaneously became a breakthrough in the careers of the young director and the completely inexperienced actress. The film was a success among the audience, received several prestigious awards, and fame fell on Akinshina. Akinshina, in the wake of the success of “Sisters,” received an offer to go to filming in Sweden and Estonia. The second film in her life, entitled “Lilya Forever,” and another major role brought, albeit small, recognition outside of Russia.

The fate of the capable performer was, in fact, predetermined. Due to the abundance of work, the girl had to interrupt her studies at school, which she graduated only at the age of 21. But almost immediately the graduate decided to study at a university with a degree in art history.

“Lilya Forever” is not the only foreign film in Akinshina’s biography. In 2003, she played in the film drama “South” directed by the Dutch director Martin Koolhoven. Oksana had to quickly memorize her role in Dutch. She then found herself in Hollywood, playing Irina Nesky in the action film The Bourne Supremacy, starring Matt Damon.

The spectacular St. Petersburg woman attracted a lot of attention long before she came of age. The press wrote that from the age of 14 Oksana dated actor Alexei Chadov.

The first thing that catches you about Oksana is her naturalness. In everything: in appearance, in gestures, in the manner of communication. The actress now spends most of her time in Switzerland, where she studies youngest son Kostya, that’s why she doesn’t film as often as we would like. All autumn we lived in the capital. Kostya was home-schooled because I was filming a film. New Year We also met in Moscow. And only then we flew to Villars - my son began his second semester.

I have a hard time with him. He is as stubborn as me, but also very smart. ( Smiles.) Coca, as we call him, is a real nerd. He is constantly building something, collecting, and is interested in fossils and volcanoes. In every country they drag you to museums. Ordinary kids go to Disneyland, but this one goes to the history museum. Sometimes you think: “Damn, go ride down the hill!” Children love all these winter fun. And he rolls down three times - and that’s it, he’s not interested - he sits and gets an imaginary piece of meteorite from a pile of dirty snow.

Did you ever imagine that you would have such a talented child?

In order to get such a son, it was necessary to choose a husband with the right genetics. Archil has only professors in his family! I had a different childhood and environment. Not school, but horror - terrible teachers who only caused rejection from studying.

Do you feel like you're missing out on something?

Yes. I think they should have just beaten me and forced me into class. Then I might have been smarter and wiser in some matters. But I can’t blame my parents for the wrong upbringing; it was a different time - they worked two jobs so that I wouldn’t need anything.

What is your daughter's character like? Does she look like you?

Never! At two years old, Emmy is already real woman, such a little Georgian. It seems to me that when she grows up, she will simply destroy the men around her. If I am a complete zero in terms of female wisdom, then she is the opposite. This is manifested in character, in the exactingness that is present in her, in dignity, in thoughtfulness. It’s interesting that he and Kostya have “pathological” love. No quarrels, no fights. They adore each other.

Oksana, when you talk about children, you smile embarrassedly.

I just still don’t believe that these are my children! And I don’t understand why I have to do them. ( Laughs.) I remember my feelings when my mother was the same age as I am now. She seemed so grown up to me... And now I think: “Oh my God, I’m still a girl...” I always knew that after 30 years I wouldn’t give birth. I don’t want my child to be embarrassed that he has an old mother. That's why I'm 31 - and I already have three children. ( Smiles.) And despite some confusion from my new status, I raise them. And, apparently, I’m doing it well. I have always had some kind of innate instinct: I understand how to do them, how to structure a day, how to systematize everyday life, how to organize.

But at the same time, in one of your interviews, you said that when your daughter was born, at first you didn’t know what to do with her.

I got stuck. Apparently, I was waiting for her so much, unlike my sons, that... I waited. And when Emmy was born, I didn’t know how to hold her, bathe her, or feed her. This probably also happened because at first I didn’t have a nanny with the boys, but with Emmy I did. And at some point I lost touch with my daughter and stopped understanding her. But everything changed as soon as I was left alone with her.

Are you currently trying to plan your work schedule so that you can spend more time with your children?

I spend all my time with my children, not just my free time. ( Smiles.) Recently, for the first time in two and a half years, I left for 10 days. Unfortunately, now I can only act in small roles - while the children are small, I cannot afford long filming. Moreover, I have to plan everything so clearly so that the children live a full life even when I work: nannies, teachers, tutors, activities.

When asked to play in the horror film “Dawn,” Oksana agreed more than once without thinking: “According to the script, everything was scary and dirty, but the filming itself was wonderful - I love it when there is some kind of movement on the set.”

That is, you are a very organized person.

Mega-organized.  It's in my blood. A point that is difficult to get rid of, and it is extremely inconvenient in life. It annoys me when a photo frame sits unevenly on the table or when a child brings a toy into the living room. h I yell: “What the hell is this toy doing in my living room when you have a whole floor downstairs and your own separate rooms?!” I have everything on shelves, and colored pencils are sorted strictly by color. I also really don’t like it when people are unpunctual or do something like an ass.

You probably have a hard time with nannies in this sense?

Wrong word! I am always dissatisfied with something and impatient. Now I'm looking for a second nanny. There used to be two, one is gone, and it’s just terrible. Recently I almost had a heart attack because my babysitter stepped on my pet turtle that I smuggled from Syria in my pocket four years ago. She broke her shell. I screamed so hard I almost killed everyone! How many veterinarians have I visited with this turtle! She had an operation, the shell was filled, cleaned, a plaster was applied, and a patch was placed on top. And when I left Moscow, I asked the driver to inject her with the antibiotic that the doctor prescribed.

Akinshina has been in cinema since she was 13 years old.  Her track record includes light comedies, dramas and hard action films, but this is the first time she has played in a horror film. The horror film "Breaking Dawn" is in theaters on January 31. (Coat, Michael Kors)

She is just like a family member to you.

Actually, this is a boy, but his name is Suri.  When I leave for Switzerland, Suri goes on a business trip to the dacha, where he is followed by Filipino women. Now he is right there. I love animals very much, but I’m not ready for dogs and cats, apparently because as a child I had endless pets of all breeds that I dragged from the street. So now it's a turtle for me great option. She ate her cabbage in the morning - and crawls around contentedly all day.

Don't you sometimes want to forget about your mega-organization and let everything take its course?

It's just not my option. I’m always like a squirrel in a wheel, sometimes I don’t even notice what’s happening around me.  Sometimes Kostya says: “Do you remember, we were at the sea two years ago, there was a very beautiful sunset, and I looked at the water?” But I don’t remember this, I didn’t notice, I didn’t record it.

Do you feel like life is passing you by?

Eat. When I'm sitting at home. Then she just flies by! And when I work, on the contrary, I live. And I don’t think about children, responsibilities and so on.

A new thriller "Dawn" is coming out, in which you played one of the roles...

Oh yes, it was wonderful! I escaped routine life for two days and escaped from reality. Everything in this film is so mystical: somewhere something creaked, rolled, seemed. No, according to the script, everything was scary, creepy, dirty, I crashed in the car, but the filming itself was wonderful - I really love it when there is some kind of movement on the set.

According to Oksana, her youngest son Kostya is a real prodigy with complex character. He lives in his own world and loves to fantasize. The actress had a completely different childhood. “I think they should have forced me into class. Then I might have been smarter,” she says.

If we don’t talk about schedule and time, then by what parameters do you choose roles?

I look at the director, the film crew, the script. Based on these points, the further quality of the film is clear. When there is a team that is rooting for the cause, it doesn’t matter what genre the film is in, it will turn out good. Of course, we all want to play for very strong directors with cool companies... But everyone from time to time starred in shit or a TV series - for the sake of money. I'm lucky - I don't have time for passable films.

What films are you most often associated with?

With the second "Boomer", in which I did not star. ( Laughs.) They come up, remember my role there, and praise me. I react calmly - they say, great, thank you. "Sisters" are still often remembered, "Hipster".

Oksana loves solitude. But in lately she rarely manages to be alone with herself - three children demand attention and active participation in their lives. “I recently left home alone for 10 days, it was the first time in two and a half years,” says the actress. Have you shown these pictures to your children?

They saw them in pieces. Just last weekend I wanted to take Coca to watch “Sisters,” but somehow it didn’t work out.

It seems that you are living in anticipation of the children finally growing up and you being able to fully return to work again.

This is true!  I’m not one of those women who leave the profession and devote themselves to children, and also bombard Instagram with their photos, trips to educational activities and playrooms. Those women can be like that - sacrificing their careers and time for the sake of children, but I can’t do that... ( Thinking about it.) No, this is simply impossible for me! I have to live my life. If I don't have personal time, I go crazy. I am depressed, and the children suffer from this first of all. So I'm really looking forward to seeing them grow up. I would like to be able to board a plane at any time and fly somewhere, or calmly go to a restaurant with my husband.

I'm terribly infuriated by people's dependence on social networks! Everyone takes pictures of the food and broadcasts live from the toilet. I understand that for many this is their main job. And for actors too. If they can’t do anything else and earn money except Instagram, what can you do? The ambush is that for some reason I climb there, scroll through the feed, watch all this nonsense. I understand that it takes a lot of time, but I do it anyway. It's a disgusting feeling that you are dependent on something!

Oksana, you react so emotionally to everything, but in front of your children you allow yourself strong words?

Yes, sometimes I can. They no longer notice this because they know my character. ( Laughs.) Can you imagine how grumpy I will be in my old age? But I know how to deal with it. I'll buy myself a house somewhere in Spain. With a tennis court. Tennis is the only sport that excites and calms me down. In Switzerland, this is my outlet: I pull on a tracksuit, grab my bag, get in the car and in exactly two minutes I’m on the court. And there is beauty all around, fresh air, alpine meadows. And - most importantly - no one.
