We will use a formula in which all characteristics are assessed equally, so that the assessment is as objective as possible.
And finally, the last thing: we will choose Pokemon mainly by the first type, and also take into account the attacks of Pokemon from the main games. Why? The current logic of the game is designed in such a way that it is the first type that most often determines which moveset a Pokemon will have. Rhydon with the earth/rock types can have both attacks as earth attacks, while the rock attack can only be an ult. Venusaur has grass/poison types, and therefore both of its attacks can be grass, but again only one can be poisonous.
