  1. Reduce your anxiety levels. Learn to stand stronger on your feet and feel confident in your existence. When you realize that anything can happen, the world is changing, but no matter what happens, you will be fine. It is best to do this under the supervision of a specialist.
  2. Increase your self-esteem. Learn positive thinking, read books about it, do things. Set yourself goals and achieve them. Start with the smallest ones. Remind yourself of your successes as often as possible. And most importantly, evaluate yourself, and not with the words or eyes of other people.   3. Learn to live, expand your skill set. Determine your usual styles of behavior and emotional reactions. Write them down on a piece of paper and write down at least three options for them that are still possible, but not used by you. And start training them.
