I imagine what I want to be and how I can become one. The opposite of my tendency to depression is the ability to enjoy life, every little thing, and every manifestation of it. I not only visualize joyful moments, but also their perception. After all, you can also rejoice in different ways. I began to keep a diary in which my plans for life appeared.
