You can cut tiles without chipping using a glass cutter. But first, soak the tile in water for several hours, then, using gentle pressure, run the glass cutter along the marked line and lightly press on the edge, aligning the cut line with the edge of the work table.

6. Nails that are always at hand

Where do you keep nails when doing repair work? In the teeth? Glue a magnet to the end of the hammer handle using hot glue and attach several nails to it.

7. Magnetized screwdriver bit

A magnetized screwdriver bit is no less convenient, but what if you don’t have it? Attach a magnet to the bit and take advantage of the unique capabilities of magnetic fields that will keep the screw firmly on the tip of the screwdriver.

8. Safe spray painting

Coloring small items from a cylinder at home is fraught with damage to property. But if you have a large cardboard box lying around in the attic, feel free to experiment in the area artistic creativity. 9. Clean tray

If you don’t want to wash the tray of paint every time after painting, wrap it in foil. To be safe, make several layers. After painting, carefully remove the foil, roll it up and throw it away. The tray is like new!

10. Excess paint

By stretching a rubber band over a paint can, you can easily and conveniently remove excess paint from your brush. This way, the edges of the can will remain clean, and drops of paint will not splatter in the area of repair and painting work. An elastic band can be made from improvised materials by cutting off the edge of rubber gloves, for example.
