Moreover, these canteen employees are required to wear a uniform - a robe or jacket, trousers, a hat, and light non-slip work shoes. Pears are piled up near the buffet, and next to it lies a dirty rag, and there is a trash can right there. Against the backdrop of such a “landscape”, homemade tangerines really benefit greatly.

On the porch of the dining room there is an impromptu storage area for brought food, a place for garbage and a smoking area for the kitchen staff at the same time. Covered in snow, milk cartons stand frozen over (how many hours, days, weeks?) Sanitary standards prohibit storing food on the floor, let alone a dirty porch; Yes, and food should be stored in the refrigerator. And not on the street. There are cigarette butts lying in half-empty boxes nearby...

On the website of school No. 1900, in the “Catering organization” section, there are photographs that the management of the “Shkolnik” food plant, apparently, considers quite suitable for illustrating an ideal canteen, but in fact demonstrate basic ignorance sanitary standards. In one of the photographs, we counted as many as five violations: three food service employees work without disposable gloves; None of the employees are wearing special sanitary clothing; the workers’ untidy hair tends to end up in the children’s food; The demonstrated baked goods have a burnt crust (pies and pizza): the cooking technology is broken.
