Evgeny Kochergin was rescued from the elevator of the building where his daughter died. The husband of the deceased daughter of Evgeniy Kochergin made his last promise to his wife Evgeniy Kochergin's daughter Irina Volodina funeral

The country learned about Irina Volodina thanks to tragic event– her death after falling into an elevator shaft in the elite Moscow residential complex “Scarlet Sails”, and only then it became known that she was the daughter famous TV presenter Evgenia Kochergina from her second marriage. After the death of his wife, Irina Volodina’s husband Alexey was left alone with two children – daughters two and eight years old.

By a lucky chance, the Volodin children managed to avoid the fate of their mother - the nanny and the girls left a little earlier and went down on another elevator - if they had all gone together, they would all have died.

For all Irina's relatives, the news of her death became a terrible blow. A few days before this, the Volodin family returned from Italy, where they spent the New Year holidays - at least once every six months they went to some resort to spend time together.

Irina Volodina, as part of an initiative group of residents of the building, more than once raised the issue of malfunctioning elevators, warning that a tragedy could happen at any moment, and it happened to her.

Irina Volodina’s husband said in his farewell words that he would devote his life to his daughters and would raise them as he and Irina dreamed. Alexey Volodin works as a deputy general director, Director of the Corporate Risk Insurance Department at VTB Insurance. His responsibilities include working with corporate clients on property insurance, liability for construction and installation risks, cargo, transport, and so on. He graduated from the Faculty of International economic relations Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation in the specialty “International foreign currency loan and financial relations." Labor activity He started at Medstar Holding, where he headed the regional unit, then moved to the Basic Element company, and a year later became deputy head of the department for comprehensive financial services for corporate clients of Ingosstrakh, and later - head of the company’s corporate services department.

The death of his wife was an irreparable loss for Alexei Volodin, because the relationships in their family were ideal. All friends and acquaintances spoke of Irina as a reserved, intelligent person who can calmly resolve all issues and tries to achieve her goals. This is probably why she became part of the initiative group of residents of the Scarlet Sails residential complex, but this time her example became tragic, which may make those responsible for the safety of residents think.

The tragedy occurred on Thursday, when a resident of the residential complex Scarlet Sails“Irina Volodina went for a walk with her child. When the woman entered the elevator, the cable broke and, together with the passenger, fell from the eighth floor.

It so happened that

Volodina did not ride in the same elevator with the younger of her two children—the child rode in another elevator with the nanny.

The incident caused violent reaction both online and among officials. Already in the first hours after the tragedy, Rostechnadzor began inspecting the elite residential complex.

“Now our specialist has gone there. He is at the scene.

We will create a commission to investigate this case, and at the same time we will conduct an unscheduled inspection of the owner of this elevator,” the department said.

At the same time, the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under Part 2 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of Russia (provision of work that does not meet safety requirements). This was reported by the representative of the capital's main board of the Russian Investigative Committee, Yulia Ivanova.

However, after some time, shocking news arrived -

in the elevator shaft from where they extracted deceased Irina Volodin, another corpse was found - this time a man.

“On the afternoon of January 14 in a house on the street. The floor of an aviation elevator on the seventh floor collapsed, resulting in the death of a girl. Some time later, during an inspection of the elevator shaft, the body of a man was discovered,” the Moscow agency reported, citing a source. The agency indicates that this information was confirmed by the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow, without providing details. Thus, whether the body was there before the incident or whether the deceased was traveling in the same elevator with Volodina is unknown. IN Investigative Committee In the meantime, Moscow is denying information about the second corpse.

The deceased Irina Volodina was the daughter of the famous Soviet and Russian TV presenter Yevgeny Kochergin.

He is known as the announcer of holiday broadcasts and the host of state concerts.

It is also noteworthy that it was not the first year that Volodina, as part of a group of active residents of the Scarlet Sails complex, sought to replace the ill-fated elevator. Thus, on the website of the residential complex there is a protocol of Volodina’s meeting with the management companies “DS Exploitation”, LLC “Liftgarant” and LLC “Russtil”.

Among other problems, the meeting discussed problems with the elevator, which, as it turned out, had a difficult history.

“A resident of building B, Plusheva E., especially emphasized that the elevator in building B has not been working since May 2013, which was out of order as a result of a fire,” says the minutes of the meeting. — Manager of the Complex, Daue A.B., and Chief Engineer, Shcherbak I.I., explained that the breakdown occurred due to a water leak on the 29th floor into the elevator shaft. The elevator needs to be replaced."

The summary of the document states that “the elevator will be replaced and by September 1 (obviously, 2013 - Gazeta.Ru) will be operational.” However, it is unknown whether the managers kept their promise.

“Scarlet Sails” is a residential complex consisting of five buildings. The first building was built in 2003. The customer and investor of the construction was the Don-Stroy Invest company.

The monstrous incident that occurred in the north-west of the capital left no one indifferent, because the matter concerns almost every Muscovite living in a high-rise building. In the multi-storey building of the elite complex “Scarlet Sails”, which represents the face of our capital, the high-speed elevator cabin intended for transporting residents broke off. When it crashed and fell into the mine, Irina Volodina, a young mother of two children, died.

TV presenter Evgeny Kochergin, father of Irina Volodina

Irina Volodina is the daughter of the famous Soviet TV presenter and announcer of the Vremya program Evgeniy Kochergin.
“The elevators, which she endlessly talked about to those who do this, are in disrepair. She paid the price of her life for them, these bastards who did not fulfill their functions, to start doing this. They left me, my wife, without our only child - she is our only daughter. Two young children - one is eight, the other will be two - without a mother, and his husband without a wife,” so bitterly and fearfully tells the grief-stricken Evgeniy Kochergin about dead daughter.
By a monstrous coincidence, Irina Volodina was part of the initiative group of residents and repeatedly demanded that management company pay attention to the poor condition of the elevator. The body of a 37-year-old woman was found at the bottom of the shaft, on the minus-first floor, where the exits to the underground parking are located. According to one version, the bottom of the elevator in which Irina was traveling was torn off due to sudden braking. For another reason for the fall, the separation of the cable became the source of a terrible tragedy.
IN given time The Moscow Investigative Committee opened a criminal case under the article on work that does not meet safety requirements. Charges, apparently, will be brought against representatives of the management company, who did not pay attention in time and did not take measures to eliminate the problems associated with the operation of the elevator, which for so long attracted the attention of residents of the high-rise.
For many living in high-rise buildings, taking an elevator will now become a certain kind of phobia, because a precedent for this has already been created. The words of a girl living in the same house have become household words: “For me, this will now become a lifelong fitness program - climbing to the 15th floor on foot, as I started doing today.”
The child and nanny Volodina escaped death thanks to a miracle or their guardian angel: Irina rode in one elevator, and they, having delayed leaving the house, began to descend in another cabin.
Irina could not have survived this tragedy: after the fall, she was crushed from above by another part of the metal structure of the lifting mechanism of the elevator.

A verdict has been pronounced in the case of the death of Irina Volodina (Kochergina) during the collapse of an elevator in the Scarlet Sails complex.

In January 2016, in the elevator of a residential building on Aviatsionnaya Street (by her husband - Volodin). Irina died when a cabin collapsed from a height of the seventh floor into an elevator shaft.

The tragedy could have been more widespread. Irina was returning home with two small children. But they were lucky to survive because the nanny took them to another elevator.

The Khoroshevsky Court of Moscow found electrician Alexey Belousov guilty in the case. He was accused of providing services that did not meet the life safety requirements of consumers, resulting in the death of a person through negligence. The man was sentenced to 3.5 years in a general regime colony.

Journalists report that the prosecution is satisfied with the mechanic's punishment. Evgeny Kochergin noted that just sentencing Alexey Belousov is not enough.

« Social justice did not completely triumph. One of the organizers - the director of the service company - must be punished. He has been charged, the investigation continues,” the TV presenter commented.

At the same time, the defendant himself does not consider himself guilty. He stated this before the verdict was announced.

Previously, the prosecution asked to sentence Belousov to four years in a general regime colony, and the lawyers of the injured party estimated the claims for a total amount of three million rubles. The investigation established that as a result of the specialist’s provision of services that did not meet accepted requirements, the elevator collapsed, resulting in the death of a close relative of TV presenter Evgeniy Kochergin.

Irina left behind two small daughters, who are now being raised by their father, Deputy General Director of VTB Insurance Alexey Volodin. Friends of Evgeniy Alexandrovich said that he was grieving the loss loved one. The TV presenter's entourage did everything possible to distract him from sad thoughts.

According to some reports, it was Belousov who signed the permit to operate the elevator. At the same time, the defendant’s lawyer, Viktor Badanyan, said that his client had not seen any documents.

“We are accused of providing low-quality services, but they cannot explain which services. The complaint about this has been accepted and will be checked. Lesha is an ordinary guy, he practiced taekwondo and was going to get married,” the lawyer said.

Representatives of Alexei Belousov plan to appeal the court verdict: “We intend to file an appeal; the verdict has nothing to do with justice. 11 months before the investigation prepared the indictment, my client had already been found guilty.”
