Where does Irina Volodina’s thread lead? The husband of the deceased daughter of Evgeniy Kochergin made his last promise to his wife

Quite recently, a terrible misfortune occurred in the family of the famous Soviet announcer, the voice of the entire country, Yevgeny Kochergin - his daughter died as a result of an elevator malfunction. When the girl pressed the button for the desired floor, the floor collapsed. This news surprised the public and forced the problem of unscrupulous housing and communal services workers to be discussed again. What exactly happened that day is not known for certain. According to the official version, the elevator and the announcer's daughter fell into the shaft. A few days before this incident, housing and communal services employees carried out repair work in this house. But, as it turned out, they approached the solution to the problem in bad faith; the mistake cost the life of a girl, a mother of two children.

Viewers know the daughter of Evgeniy Kochergin well; not so long ago she participated in the “Let Them Talk” program, where the public tried to figure out whether the announcer had illegitimate daughter. As a result of this program, the personal life of Irina Volodina’s family became known throughout the country. Former fashion model Lyudmila came to the program, who claimed that thirty years ago she was a member of serious relationship famous announcer. at that time, Evgeniy was already widely known throughout the country from the news program “Vremya”. They met in Yakutia and lived together for some time. According to the woman, at some point their relationship ceased to be romantic and tender. Evgeny could have raised his hands against Lyudmila, but she forgave him everything. There was no question of a wedding, since Evgeniy was already married to Irina Volodina’s mother. Lyudmila became pregnant, and the announcer hastily left for his wife. For thirty years he did not try to contact Lyudmila, did not find out about the child, and did not even help financially. All this time he lived as if he did not have a second daughter. Thirty years later, the woman decided to tell the whole country the truth about the famous announcer, the voice of the country. As Lyudmila admits, she can no longer watch how the famous TV presenter fools everyone. This is the only reason she came to the program. Evgeny Kochergin denied every word, but refused the offer to do a DNA paternity test.

The announcer's daughter, Irina, was also invited to the studio, but behaved with restraint and intelligence, and did not give free rein to her feelings and emotions. She defended her father's reputation without shouting. This was all Irina. She could correctly point out the problem without causing any inconvenience to anyone. The same happened with the elevator. Irina received Active participation in resolving the issue of elevator malfunction. She repeatedly invited housing and communal services employees to verify the existence of the problem. Irina has repeatedly argued that such an attitude to the issue could cost the life of someone close to her. Unfortunately, she proved this by her example.
Little is known about the personal life of Irina Volodina herself: her husband is a banker, two children. Irina’s funeral took place quietly and without the involvement of journalists. The family wanted to say goodbye to their beloved daughter, wife and mother without strangers. But they want at least this case to force housing and communal services to do their job better.

35-year-old Irina Kochergina (Volodina) - daughter famous TV presenter Evgenia Kochergina - died when the elevator collapsed in the Scarlet Sails complex.

Irina Kochergina (Volodina)

Law enforcement officials have identified the woman who died in an elevator collapse in Moscow. As it turned out, the daughter of the famous TV presenter Evgeny Kochergin, Irina Kochergina, by her husband, Volodina, died in a residential building on Aviatsionnaya Street.

The tragedy could have been more widespread. Irina was returning home with two small children. But they were lucky to survive because the nanny took them to another elevator.

The TV presenter confirmed this information to the media.

He noted that his daughter had previously advocated for replacing old elevators in the Scarlet Sails residential complex.

“She paid attention to this problem at the cost of her life.”, - said Evgeny Kochergin.

Let us remind you. Today, January 14, a tragedy occurred in an elite building on Aviatsionnaya in Moscow - a cabin with a person inside collapsed from the height of the seventh floor into an elevator shaft.

The Main Investigative Directorate of the Russian Investigative Committee for Moscow noted that the elevator fell due to a broken cable.

Inside the cabin was a 35-year-old woman named Irina Volodina. Rescuers spent several hours extracting the woman's body from the rubble.

In connection with the incident, a criminal case was opened under the article “Providing work that does not meet safety requirements,” which provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for up to six years.

The tragedy occurred on Thursday afternoon in one of the five high-rise buildings of the Scarlet Sails residential complex, on Aviation Street in the north-west of the capital. Irina Volodina, daughter of the famous Soviet TV presenter Yevgeny Kochergin, was getting ready for a walk with her two children. Together with the nanny, she helped them get dressed. We went out to the elevators. Irina called the cabin. The children and the nanny hesitated, and Irina began to enter the elevator...

But the further chronology of events described by the Investigative Committee looks shocking. One version is that as soon as Irina entered the cabin, the floor collapsed in it. The woman fell into a shaft, falling seven floors. The second working version is that the cable broke and the entire cabin fell, along with Irina who was inside. But the first version is supported by the fact that the woman’s body was found at the bottom of the mine. In general, it is difficult to imagine that a residential complex such high level equipped with such low-quality (or outdated?) equipment. But in addition to the apartments, “Scarlet Sails” has its own tennis center, football field, restaurant, swimming pool, fitness center, water park and even a helipad...

And elevator cabins don’t just fall - firstly, there are usually three cables, and if one breaks, then two more remain; secondly, modern elevators have safety systems with wedge-shaped locks that hold the car if all three cables break at the same time.

Investigators opened a criminal case under Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - “performing work or providing services that do not meet safety requirements.” The companies LiftGarant and RusStil will respond. As it turned out, there had been complaints against them before. Already more than a year ago, an alarming message appeared on the Internet forum of a housing complex: “Elevators are one of our problems, which constantly reminds us of itself during the next breakdown or frequent shutdowns.”

The companies themselves have not yet commented on the emergency. But according to them, representatives of Rostechnadzor carefully examined the scene of the incident. In addition, the city authorities have already stated that they will provide all necessary assistance. law enforcement agencies in the investigation of the case.

BY THE WAY

The problem with the beard

It turns out there is an entire forum on the Internet dedicated to the Scarlet Sails elevators. Residents have been discussing this topic for several years! Here are a few excerpts from there.

A month ago, in building B, the freight elevator worked on the principle of a guillotine, when the cabin left at open doors. Another time, a friend’s child was severely crushed under the door. My neighbor has been using the fire escape for a long time. Situations like this are becoming the norm. What's next for DSE? Serious injuries and related lawsuits? White spots on brick and thuja on the playground are a matter of comfort and beauty, but the operation of elevators is a matter of life and health, it is clearly a priority! Does anyone have information whether any drastic decisions are planned in this matter or will everything continue: endless and useless repairs?

I open it terrible secret. The elevators in A, B, C are no good. Initially. And the situation is especially sad with the elevators in building B. They are constantly being patched, there are no spare parts for them, the buttons in building B have been broken for eight years now, there is nothing to replace them with. But buttons are a daily irritating nonsense, but it’s the same with everything else.

This topic has been discussed many times with the DSE, they themselves know and talk about it. Replacing elevators is expensive, I understand that replacing them right away is problematic. But why not start right now with the most problematic elevator and gradually replace all that require replacement? Our Management Company, as has long been the custom, she is ready to fix something cosmetically in order to calm the intensity of indignation, but there are not enough funds or skills to fundamentally solve the problems.

It's finished! After 7-8 years of complaints, the broken button panels in the elevators of building B were replaced.

After the fire in building A, the elevator broke down (the way it is designed is that water drains into the elevator shaft, so one of the elevators was damaged during extinguishing). Only one elevator works. A replacement board has been ordered and they promise to fix it by August 15th. The freight elevator, which burned out in building B as a result of a leak, was repaired, worked for some time, but is now not working again. Repairs required under warranty. There is also a problem with another elevator in building B. And still not all the broken buttons have been replaced.

Evgeny Kochergin was rescued from the elevator of the building where his daughter died. The TV presenter has not yet fully recovered from the tragedy. The announcer's heiress, Irina, died in January 2016 when an elevator car fell into a shaft. In the near future investigative committee will announce the results of the final examination in this case.

The famous announcer will turn 71 on Monday. Next week, the Investigative Committee should announce the results of the final examination in the case of the fall of the elevator in the Scarlet Sails residential complex, as a result of which Evgeniy Alexandrovich’s daughter, Irina, died in January of this year. The main suspect, electrician Alexey Belousov, is in custody, and the lifting cabins in the house are also working intermittently. “Recently, my wife and I came to visit our granddaughters and son-in-law and got stuck in the elevator,” Evgeny Kochergin told StarHit. “We had to call the dispatcher to free us from captivity.” Imagine the feeling! My wife took a sedative for a few more days. They still haven't fixed anything. That ill-fated elevator, in which the floor collapsed, is boarded up. The neighboring two function poorly.”

Let us remind you that the day after the tragedy on January 15, 2016, the Khoroshevsky Court of Moscow arrested the electrician of the Alye Parusa residential complex Alexey Belousov. Allegedly, it was a 28-year-old employee of the Lift Garant company who performed maintenance work on the cabin shortly before it collapsed into the shaft. “They say that this Alexey once signed the decision to operate,” shared Evgeniy Kochergin. “I believe that he should be held responsible for the death of my daughter.” Belousov, who is in pre-trial detention center No. 3, denies his guilt. According to lawyer Viktor Badyan, Alexey changed light bulbs and oil in the cabin, but did not even see any documents. “Three criminal cases - regarding improper operation, the Lift Garant company and Alexei Belousov - were combined into one and only my client was arrested,” Victor Badyan told StarHit. “Although on the day of the tragedy he was sleeping off his shift, another mechanic was working. Everyone else - directors, experts who issued technical passports for elevators - are present as witnesses. We are accused of providing low-quality services, but they cannot explain which ones. The complaint about this has been accepted and will be checked. Lesha is an ordinary guy, he was doing taekwondo, he was going to get married... Now what kind of wedding is this?” If found guilty, Belousov faces up to 6 years in prison under Part 2 of Article 238 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Provision of services that do not meet safety requirements, which through negligence resulted in the infliction of serious harm to health or the death of a person.” Irina is left with two little daughters, who are being raised by their father, Deputy General Director of VTB Insurance Alexey Volodin. And Kochergin, according to friends, has not yet fully recovered from the tragedy. “We’re trying to get Zhenya out somewhere so that he’s distracted from dark thoughts, - said the legendary announcer Anna Shatilova. “We work together and host events.” Kochergin has two more daughters - Natalya from his first family and illegitimate Milana, with whose mother the TV presenter had an affair in the late 70s. But Evgeniy Aleksandrovich does not maintain relations with them. He first met 37-year-old Milana Nemykina from Yakutsk in February 2015 on the “Let Them Talk” program. “Milana is doing well, she’s wealthy, she’s married, she has a son, Ruslan, he’s six years old,” Milana’s mother, Lyudmila, told StarHit. – Kochergin thinks that she needs an inheritance, but this is not so. It's about attention. Is he really not at least interested in what his daughter looks like? Moreover, Milana will soon move to Moscow, she will be very close to her father and is ready to forgive all insults, meet, have a heart-to-heart talk.”
