Material grade of metal balls: ШХ15-В; ultra-pure through-hardened chromium-carbon steel (1.3505 according to EN 683-17); NitroMax steel. Steel balls are produced in accordance with GOST 3722-2014. Like any small-sized single-row radial ball bearing, this type can be open (no additional designations) or closed. In this case, there are additional symbols to the right of the number:

ZZ or 2Z - metal washers (straps) on both sides;

2RS, 2RSH, 2RS1, 2RSR, DD, UU, LLU, 2NSE9 (depending on the manufacturer) - double-sided rubber seal reinforced with sheet steel (“rubber”). An important feature of rolling bearings is the radial clearance group. If C3 or C4 is indicated, the gap is increased (“weakened”), such modifications are used in units with high temperature(the gap is needed because the steel expands and friction increases). Bearing 105 was previously produced with accuracy classes 4, 5, 6, 7, 0 (we remind you that the lower the number indicating the accuracy class, the more expensive and better the quality of the bearing). Currently, the domestic industry produces bearings 105, 60105, 80105 and 180105 mainly only with 6th accuracy class from ShKh-15 steel, which is common in the production of bearings.

The product is used in many units. As for its use as a spare part for automotive equipment, it is installed in the LuAZ axle shaft, the driven shaft of the hydraulic coupling of the K-701 tractor engine, etc. It is this bearing that is installed in the door drive of domestic trams.
