And in the evening of the same day they went back to Moscow to meet Svetlana’s relatives. At the 109-kilometer mark at the gas station, Dedyushko, for some unknown reason, crossed two solid lines and found himself in the oncoming lane, where on the far left lane there was a collision with a truck, which almost crushed the artist’s car. The truck driver survived, and the bodies of the Dedyushko couple were buried in closed coffins, as they were severely mutilated.

After the artist’s death, the parents of Alexander’s second wife suddenly appeared. Death of Alexander Dedyushko

The actor tragically died late on Saturday evening, November 3, 2007, in a car accident along with his family (wife and son).

On the morning of that day, he and his family went to Vladimir to visit his dentist friend. In the evening of the same day, Dedyushko’s family went back, as they were supposed to meet Svetlana’s parents at the station.

At the 109th kilometer at a gas station outside the village of Novye Omutishchi in the Petushinsky district of the Vladimir region, Alexander in his Toyota Picnic car (Alexander and Svetlana were sitting in front, Dima in the back seat) at 22:15 for unknown reasons crossed two solid lines and drove into the oncoming lane, where, in the leftmost lane of oncoming traffic, he collided with a Scania truck, which actually crushed the entire car under itself.

The truck driver, 38-year-old Nizhny Novgorod resident Anatoly Tuturkin, survived.

The traffic police officers who arrived at the scene were unable to immediately identify Dedyushko’s family, since the burnt car had no documents or anything else that could identify them. The identification was carried out after Dima was found to have mobile phone, in which the number of Svetlana Anna’s sister was recorded.

Later, according to the rescuers, it turned out that Dima was still alive for some time after the accident, but died before the ambulance arrived. Alexander, along with his wife and son, was buried on November 7, 2007 at Troekurovskoye Cemetery in Moscow.

The bodies of Alexander and Svetlana were so mutilated that they were buried in closed coffins. In the fall of 2009, at the site of the death of the Dedyushko family, a monument was erected, which is a black granite stele, topped with a cross, with engraved portraits of Alexander, Svetlana and Dmitry.
