Fallout 4 where is the armor located. Miscellaneous

By properly upgrading your power armor, you can make the passage much easier and stop being afraid of enemies.

In addition to various types of power armor, for example, T-45, T-45b, T-45d, raider power armor T-45DM, T-51, T-51b, as well as rare armor T-60, T-60a, T-60b , T-60c, T-60d and the unique X-01 power armor, there are also various modifications for it, for example, X-01 Mk.II and X-01 Mk.VI differ in their characteristics by more than twice.

Power armor has a frame and six main modules - one for the torso, one for the head and four for the limbs. The most important part, of course, is the nuclear charge module, which can be improved with modifications in order to waste less energy.

To carry out modifications, you need a separate machine - the “Armor Maintenance Station”, which can be found at the Red Rocket truck stop and in Sanctuary Hills. You need to place your power armor directly into the machine, and then open the interaction menu.

After that, you can look at the available modifications for each of the six pieces of power armor. Can be changed as main model, A, B, C, D, E, F:

The material from which it is made, for example, make it titanium or explosion-proof:

So install a modification, for example, a blood purifier or servos:

Different parts of power armor have different modifications:

Mods consume a lot of different materials, so stock up on steel, lead, aluminum, fiber optics, glue, electronic circuits, and other materials.

Once again, we note that different pieces of power armor contain both the same and different modifications, which allows you to make one power armor for assault operations, another for moving around the Wasteland, and a third for exploring hard-to-reach places, for example, by placing jetpacks on it, as well as increasing protection from radiation:

However, to get these improvements, you will have to upgrade a whole range of perks, including perks from the Intelligence, Strength, and others.

You can also install modifications to the frame from different types of power armor, combining different options. You can get them not only by searching in the Wasteland, but also by completing tasks, as well as buying from merchants.

Where to find T-60 power armor in Fallout 4?

This is quite rare armor, which has higher parameters in terms of protection from damage, radiation and electricity. Now we will tell you where you can find it.

IN Fallout 4 has only two factions that use this model - the Brotherhood of Steel and the Atom Cats, and you can either get it for free by completing a bunch of quests and winning the trust of the faction, or steal it if you can , and also buy for several tens of thousands of credits.

We won’t tell you how you can steal it, we’ll better explain that getting it for free is quite simple - you need to join the Brotherhood by completing a number of story and side quests, then during initiation into the Knights of the Brotherhood, you will receive this armor as a gift on the airship Brotherhoods. You can also buy it there from Overseer Teagan.

“Atomic Cats” may well replace the Brotherhood; for this you also need to complete a number of quests for them, after which you will be allowed to visit the store, which is run by a character named Rhodey. If you are not interested in being on good terms with this gang, you can always rob them.

Parts for the T-60 power armor can be found in a place called Fiddler's Green Trailer Park. You will first have to hack the room under the characteristic sign in the nearby office building, you can do this either with your hands or through the terminal - this way you will get a key that opens trailer.

You need to find a yellow trailer with an orange line on the side, it is located north of the office. T-60 power armor will be inside, but you must be at least level 25, or better yet 30, otherwise you will receive T-51 armor.

Where to find X-01 power armor in Fallout 4?

This is a unique power armor in Fallout 4, so you will have to run after it - there is only one copy of it in its entirety, and its component parts are scattered throughout the Wasteland. Only characters starting at level 35 can get it, and even level 40 would be better. This decision of the developers is justified by the fact that it has the best security parameters.

So before you start searching in a certain place, make a save so that if the wrong spare part falls out, you can come back later, being at a higher level. Keep in mind that the search is being conducted in places with high radiation, full of traps and enemies, so be well prepared.

The first copy of X-01 can be found in the location Installation K-213, located in the sea (southwest of the game world map). You can get there through a hatch in the Abandoned Shack, located on the western border (two cells up the map from the southwest corner). There are a bunch of synthetics waiting for you there, so you'll have to kill them. The power armor is located on the bottom floor, behind the stairs. She is missing her left arm and right leg, but you can make them yourself.

The second copy of the X-01, an advanced version of the Mk.3, is located in a place called Custom House Tower, which is on the coast, east of Diamond City. You need to find a building called “Court 35”, go there and use the elevator - it will take you to the very top of the tower. There you will be attacked by a number of robots, having destroyed them you need to go into the room from which they came and press the red buttons - then the door leading to the armor will open.

Some pieces of power armor are in the National Guard Training Yard, they are located in the armory, which is located behind the main building. You will need the skill of a master burglar or a master hacker to get there; the terminal, by the way, is located in the barracks nearby. Once you get inside, beware of the traps - if they go off, a giant security robot will be waiting outside to pummel you.

There is a concrete guardhouse halfway down the road between Nordhagen Beach and Fort Strong. You'll easily find the armor inside - there's no security system at all, so you can just walk in and grab it. Another copy of the armor is located in the South Boston Military Checkpoint, which is in the southeast of Diamond City. Walk around the building until you see a cave. Inside it is the X-01 power armor of the first version. You will need expert-level hacking skills to open the terminal.

We remind you once again that this armor will only be available if you are at level 40 or higher.

Power armor- this is the best and most reliable armor in Fallout 4. It guarantees maximum protection from bullets and grenades, energy, radiation and thermal effects, preserves health when falling from great heights and allows you to stay under water for a long time, can withstand attacks from the legendary death claws and swamp queens , ideal for close combat. In total, Fallout 4 has 5 power armor models: raider, T-45, T-51, T-60, X-01. A complete set of power armor consists of six parts: torso, head, arms and legs. The best and rarest power armor is considered to be X-01, its parts are starting to appear at high levels, on which the completeness and variety of the set also depends. If you come for it too early, then there is a high risk of receiving power armor of a lower rank and without some parts. Level 30 is the optimal time to start looking for the best power armor in Fallout 4, until this point the T-45, found on the roof of the Liberty Museum in Concord at the very beginning of the game, will reliably protect against serious injuries, injuries and damage. Before visiting power armor storage areas, you should save, and if unsuccessful, reboot and return later.

To access all the capabilities of power armor, use nuclear blocks, which are sold to traders, extracted from nuclear generators, or stored in secluded locations throughout the Boston Wasteland. One nuclear unit is enough for about 45 minutes of active play. After the charge is exhausted, the nuclear unit is automatically replaced with a new one. The number of available blocks and charge level are shown on the counters in the lower right corner of the monitor. The ability “Nuclear Physicist” (+100%), which is purchased and improved three times at the ninth level of “Intelligence” in the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. point distribution system, also helps to increase the duration of the nuclear unit (+10%).

Painting, modification, and repair of power armor in Fallout 4 takes place at service stations. The more powerful the power armor, the more resources are spent on any manipulations. To repair power armor, you need to come close to the yellow steel frame and press the [E] key. The command does not always work the first time; in this case, you need to exit the power armor by holding down the [E] key, and then press the [E] key again at the station. The nearest power armor will be automatically engaged. Using the arrows from the list, select the part you need to repair and press the [T] key. If there is enough junk in the workshop, then the selected part of the suit will be repaired. To install the repaired parts, press the [R] key, to exit the workbench - + [E]. Selected parts from the kit will be installed on the frame. Broken pieces of power armor are placed in the character's inventory and do not take up space.

Typically, power armor is found at checkpoints among military vehicles, hidden in broken down railroad cars or stored in containers on abandoned docks, protected by monsters, robots, raiders, super mutants and gunslingers, or locked away with complex terminals and locks. Power armor does not always come complete; often, only a few parts can be found on the frame, which can be removed from one power armor and installed on another at any time. Hot Rod Magazines is adding a new color scheme for the Power Armor.

For its work it requires micronuclear batteries (Fusion Core) and is constantly in it, the hero cannot. To explore the area, you still have to get out of the suit.

To get into the suit you will need to turn the valve on the back, the armor will open and after the Hero climbs in, it will be sealed automatically. New locations were added on November 15, 16 and 22, 23.

Elements such as a helmet, arms, legs, torso, shoulders can be repaired and replaced. Moreover, they can be changed, which will make the armor more powerful. It can also be painted. The components found for repairs and modifications weigh a lot, so you won’t be able to carry them with you, but they can be stored in a warehouse at the operations headquarters in the Sanctuary.

Some gamers noticed during early streams that locals will also use your Power Armor if it is “idle.”

Raider Power Armor

The simplest armor in the game. It is worn by the Raiders themselves, so when you are in their habitats, you can collect pieces of armor from their corpses. However, if you don’t want to fight, parts of the armor are also available in a static version, but this is an area with increased radiation. The Raider Power Armor variant is located at the Dunwich Drillers point. There will be a boss in the canyon wearing such armor, and you can remove it from his corpse.

The second option is located in the south of the map in the Cave. There's a lot of radiation here. It is more convenient to go through it (the cave) and go out to the lake. Then turn your back to the lake and enter the cave, literally walking forward a little, there will be more Raider Power Armor on the left.

T-45 power armor

This is the first armor that you will come across in your adventures, but the set will not be complete. In terms of defense, it is much better than the Raider one. Where to find: Go east from Vault 111 to the Robotics Disposal Ground. Here you will find several batteries and a “Fat Man”, that is, a “tactical hand-held nuclear grenade launcher”.

To the southeast of this place, on the way to the USAF Satellite Station Olivia, the Power Armor itself will be found among the rubble.

Also, partial armor of the T-45 can be found underwater, at the site of the rotorcraft crash in Covenant Lake. Where to find: Head from Vault 111 southeast to Red Rocket (where the Dog companion is located). In the north of the lake there will be debris.

More parts of the T-45 armor (torso and helmet) can be found if you move southeast from the lake and reach the Irish Pride Industries shipyard. Another rotorcraft crashed here, and among its wreckage there will be pieces of armor.

T-51 power armor

If your Hero's level is between 10-15, then at almost any point instead of the T-51 you will only find the T-45. Unfortunately, Power Armor is somewhat tied to the level. It is better to start looking for the T-51 from level 15 to be safe and not get caught by the T-45.

The armor is good and you won't be able to find a better one until the middle of the game. The next most powerful will be the Brotherhood of Steel Armor.

This armor can be found south of Vault 111. Get to Fort Haganah in the east and find the green van at Fiddler's Green Trailer Estates. A lot of ghouls await you here.

Then hack the terminal, take the key from the safe and open the trailer. Power armor will be inside.

Another version of the T-51 Power Armor is located at the South Boston Military Outpost, behind bars. the terminal has a middle lock level.

Third location: On the shore, near the Old North Church. Find a platform with a crashed vertibed, several tanks and among them there will be an armored cage. To gain access you will have to hack the terminal with the middle level of the lock.

T-60 power armor

You can get T-60 Power Armor in several ways. For example, join the Brotherhood of Steel. Then there are two ways: either complete quests and prove that the Hero is worthy of promotion, as a result of which he will receive the Armor, or go to ACT II in the development of the plot and then a high rank in the Brotherhood will be given to the Hero automatically and access to the Armor will still be available . They will also have a merchant and stuff.

If you don’t want to join the Brotherhood, then your path lies in the Atomic Cats Garage to the local saleswoman Rowdy, who sells T-60 parts and even paint. But no one prevents the hero, with the proper skill, from stealing pieces of armor from the Garage, or killing everyone and simply taking everything that is there. There are many ways.

X-01 Power Armor

X-01 - armor is rare and difficult to obtain, and it is also expensive to repair and modify. But it is the most powerful in the game and is intended by the developers for high-level Heroes. It is not recommended to start mining too early - it is not guaranteed that low-level armor (T-60/51/45) will not be found at these points. Focus on levels 28-30. In fact, this armor is available after completing the story. Save before visiting points.

The first option is located in the southwest of the map in the Abandoned Shack. Go inside and go down to the basement. There are a lot of Synths here, but if the Hero has a good relationship with the Institute, then there will be no hostility on their part. The armor is located at the very bottom right under the stairs.

Another option is the Customs Tower. From it, strictly to the west, there is a large house 35. Enter it and take the elevator that will be on the left side, go up to the roof. Here two huge robots will roll out from both sides. Kill them and activate the buttons located in the rooms where the robots appeared. As a result, the door in the center will open and there will be no armor behind it. If you get there before level 35, the armor will be different.

The symbol of the Fallout universe is power armor - a protective suit both from enemies and from radiation, turning the character into “Iron Man”. In Fallout 4, power armor is available at the very beginning of the game, unlike previous games in the series, but there are several types of armor, differing in level and protection provided. The highest level armor can only be obtained by properly leveling up your character.

The most durable power armor in Fallout 4 is the X-01 model and it is very... There is one place where there is such a complete working set with a nuclear unit. It's easy to miss because it's inside an unmapped building. Below we will tell you how to get it.

Individual parts of X-01 can be found in different places - for example, the head can be stolen from the Brotherhood of Steel armory on an airship, part of the body is located near Fort Strong, etc. However, we will not rely on luck and will take all the armor at once. It is located in a location called “Customs Tower” in the southeast of “Good Neighborhood”.

First you need to find the customs tower building indicated in the picture: right in front of it there is a small square with a wooden podium, an American flag and corpses.

To the left of it there is a street, at the end of which there is a large green building near which several raiders are walking. Walking around it on the left side, you will see parts of protectrons scattered in front of the entrance and a large inscription “35 Court”. There are two turrets hanging above the entrance to 35 Court, be careful.

It is in this building, not marked on the map, that the power armor we need is located. There is one important point: if you come here too early, then instead of the X-01 type III armor, a simpler option will be available, since the armor level is tied to the character level. It should be above 20 - in particular, 27 will be enough.

Go inside and destroy the Protectron and two ceiling turrets (they will work as soon as you approach the Protectron charging station. Or just turn them off from the terminal in the room on the first floor on the right - it’s the only one there, don’t miss it.

There is an elevator to the left of the entrance. We climb on it to the roof of the building, where, when we appear, an assault gun and a security robot appear from their hiding places. The latter is dangerous not only during life, but also after death - due to the self-destruction mechanism, it explodes with such force that you will most likely die the first time. To make the battle easier, it is recommended to scatter as many mines around as possible before the enemies appear: they come out of their hiding places only after you approach any of the doors.

After destroying the enemies, go into the compartments from which they came and press the buttons there - this will open the doors to the compartment in which the power armor is located. A complete X-01 Type III set of six components is available, all in top condition.

In Fallout 4, power armor is considered the best protection against radiation and countless enemies. Compared to previous fallout series, a set of armor can be found almost at the beginning of the game, but it is far from the best. The best power armor is considered to be the x-01 model; when you wear it, you practically become unkillable. But what is needed for this?

Firstly, your level should not be lower than 30. Finding x-01 is not easy, but there is one point on the map, following which you will find full set of power armor. Mark on the map the building called "Customs Tower". If there is no such marking on the map, go to "Good Neighborhood" and from there head southeast. Along the way you will find a podium with a US flag, behind it there is a building called the "Customs Tower", but this is not where you need to go. Walking left along the street, you will see a green building and a gang of raiders. After destroying the enemies, go around the building on the left until you notice a yellow inscription "35 court" and parts from robots on the floor.

Entering the building, you will be attacked by a robot and two turrets. Destroy them or disable them via the terminal. Then go up to the roof through the elevator, where an assault drone and a robot guard will be waiting for you, which you should be wary of, since after defeat they will self-destruct. After destroying the robots, find the compartments where they got out and press the button to open the door, in which you will find the x-01 armor set.

Video: where to find x-01

I hope you understand where to find x-01 power armor in fallout 4, the entire set is in excellent condition. To modify this power armor, you will need level 4 science. You will gain access to this skill only after level 41.
