Cauliflower in the oven with minced meat

You can use minced pork or beef in the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower - 1 kg.
  • Minced pork (beef) - 1/2 kg.
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese - 150 g.
  • Sour cream - 200 gr.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Mix egg, chopped onion, salt and pepper with minced meat.
  2. Boil the cauliflower, mash with a fork, and mix with the minced meat.
  3. Form balls from the resulting mass.
  4. Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil, place the balls on the bottom of the multicooker.
  5. Set the “Baking” mode to 40 minutes (20 minutes on each side).

Cauliflower Broccoli Casserole

Broccoli and cauliflower are an excellent combination; the casserole has a particularly pleasant taste as a result of adding processed cheese and garlic.

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower - 1/2 kg.
  • Broccoli - 1/2 kg.
  • Processed cheese - 2 pcs.
  • Hard cheese - 150 g.
  • Vegetable broth - 1/2 cup;
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Sour cream - 250 g.
  • Oregano;
  • Thyme;
  • Salt.

Preparation:

  1. Boil cauliflower and broccoli in salted water for 7-10 minutes.
  2. Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil and place the vegetables in the multicooker.
  3. For the sauce, mix beaten eggs with sour cream, melted cheese, salt, grated cheese, and spices.
  4. Pour the resulting sauce over the cauliflower and broccoli.
  5. Bake on the “Baking” setting for 40 minutes.
